Dry Cell Features:

IMPORTANT Note on so-called "flash arrestors":
The idea of "arresting" or "checking" a Hydrogen flash (explosion) is absurd in our opinion. There are many of these devices made available, but you should realize that the idea for these devices was borrowed from welding technology. These are not designed for HHO and are potentially VERY dangerous. By our tests, these devices have been found to fail as much as 3 out of 10 times. Typically, these devices are some sort of tube stuffed with a "baffle" material such as Bronze wool. The gases from a welding torch burn at a speed of around 330 feet per second. Hydrogen, however burns somewhere between 10, 000 and 40,000 feet per second. This kind of explosion is not so easily "arrested". Additionally, some suggest simply adding more "stuffing". The problem with this is that as the moist gas passes through the "filter", the flow begins to restrict putting back-pressure on the HHO gas. Never, under any circumstances, should you put HHO under pressure.

Fortunately, HHO flashes so quickly that it will not ignite other materials in it's vicinity. Therefor, a very workable and much safer device is the pressure-relief type device, sometimes called a pop-off, like our FLARE valve. This is an absolutey essential safety device for your HHO system. Our system features two of these devices. Our design has undergone rigorous testing, sometimes intentionally "hitting it" (in a controlled enviornment) as many as 50 - 100 times repeatedly. It is spring loaded and holds a tight seal without leaking gas, yet will pop open and automatically re-seal in the event of an accidental ignition. It has not yet ever failed. (You should never intentionally ignite HHO.)

Now, we are making available a complete installation kit that is a culmination of OUR experience from installing, testing, and using hho with great success. By using this professional-quality installation kit, you will avoid the problems and challenges that others experience by having to "figure it all out" by trial and error. These are the exact same components that we use on all of our installs. Every component has been tested exhaustively to ensure robust performance and a safe and incredibly stable HHO generation system.

This UNIT IS a 4N4 unit - 21 plates total GENERATOR! (Out-performs most "bath-cells" out there that are 3-TIMES it's size!) THIS UNIT IS ASSEMBLED - Ready for you to wire-up and GO! This unit will produce more gas (not steam or vapor) than most designs available on the internet that cost $800 - $2000. If you want to just boil water, why pretend like you're making HHO? This cell RIPS! Forget about needing 4 to 6 "bath-tube" cells. Stop playing around with dangerous glass grenades and plastic paint cups! Our tested output: Up to 4.5+ LPM at 53 amps. (Higher output is achieved by increasing power and electrolyte -- performance varies under different conditions)

Warnings & Disclaimer

Important Installation Note: At this time we do not recommend installing ANY HHO system on inter-cooled applications: turbocharged/supercharged UNLESS: You can be absolutely certain that no corrosive electrolyte or excessive moisture is entering the intake. Testing is being done by us to determine/ensure that no trace amounts of caustic soda (or other electrolyte), which could damage the system, as well as accumulated water are entering and what effects these may have in the cooler core. The small amount of water vapor put out by HHO systems does not accumulate in engines because of the high heat. In an intercooler, excess water can accumulate. Additionally, no attempt should be made to inject HHO under pressure to overcome positive manifold pressure. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES should HHO be put under pressure! This could create a Hydrogen BOMB.
