FL – skarżymy się na źle zorganizowany kurs angielskiego w hiszpańskiej szkole.

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing to complain about your course In Castile Spanish School.

I spent two terrible weeks in the school. I was billeted to a Spanish family, which was very unfriendly. They had to talk to me in English, but their English was very weak.

In your advertisement you wrote about high qualifications of your tutors. My teacher was not one. Classes were conducted boring and dull. I had to buy the materials to learn English himself.

Having paid for a trip to city museum, I did not see anything during the course. My trip to the museum was cancelled and money not refunded.

I feel that I should be fully compensated for my great disappointment with this course. I look forward to a reply at your earliest convenience.
