Control supports standard G54 to G59 WorkFixtureOffsets, but each one has a sub WFO from O0 to O9.
for a total of 60 WFOs.
Sub WFO must be output on separate block.
Form contains range from G0 to G59.
Added formulas to extract both G54 to G59 and O0 to O9 parameters from this range.
Basically, the number is divided by 10 and then the integer is extracted and added to 54 to come
up with the G54 to G59 range.
The decimal portion is them multiplied by 10 to come up with the O0 to O9 range.
Example:
55 10 = 5.5
5 + 54 = 59
.5 * 10 = 5
Result is G59 O5
