Reconnect the pipes leading to the rotary valve,
correctly positioning the low pressure pipe.
Tighten the mountings on the pipe retaining
brackets and the piece of connecting hose.
Correctly position the universal joint and tighten
the eccentric bolt.
Refit:
-
the exhaust down pipe,
-
the ball joints on the stub axle carriers,
-
the air filter casing.
Remove clamps Mot. 453-01.
Fill the system with oil up to the marker on the
filter in the reservoir.
Turn the steering to the left and to the right
(without the engine running) to fill the system
with oil.
Repeat this operation with the engine running
then top up the level in the reservoir (see section
13 "Filling the system").
Check and, if necessary, adjust the parallelism.
