Rattling around in my
head, is an over-abundance of knowledge related to traveling
beyond the physical body. This is the type of information, that
I clutter up with.
Hmm. I don't like the last
part of that clutter-line. Let's try:
...information, that "I find with which to
clutter".
Oh yick. Not that one.
Replace that with:
...information, that "I choose in creating
clutter".
Drats. Okay, one more try:
...information, that "I hold with regard to
compiled clutter".
Oh heck. That was the worst
one yet.
You may as well pick the
one you like best, or make one up yourself,
'cause I'm tired of typing that sentence.
My traveling-clutter is
made up of concepts, that average people (like myself) can use to
get beyond their physical body. You don't have to buy tapes, or
stacks of books, or subscribe to anything. You don't even have to
believe in traveling to try it. And your experiences may be
interpreted in any manner you choose. Simply stated (too late),
my philosophy of traveling is:
"It's not a big mystery if someone explains it".
With this in mind, I'm
gonna sweep some of my travel-clutter into this
article. Because, although I've also swept some to here and there,
my clutter keeps
collecting. (HEY, I like that line!
We have a winner!:)
This is the type of information, that my clutter keeps collecting.

Uncommon Clutter
Influences:
I have written in the book:
"While traveling, you will encounter many physical barriers
that would halt you if you were in your physical body. You're
not, of course, so don't worry 'bout 'em. You can pass through a
rocky mountain or a giant mound of feathers placed just so. You
can go underwater or into space without running out of oxygen.
Weather and temperature conditions may be "perceived"
while traveling without the discomfort often associated with the
extremes of either. Basically, I'm telling you to choose a tour
and explore galore."
I would say that these statements are 100
percent accurate, BUT (and it's a big butt:) there are still
influences to consider, that may effect your ability to control
your nonphysical as you desire. In other words, for a first-time
traveler, it's better to fly in a calm sky than a stormy one.
Example 1:
An electrical discharge should not hurt you
nonphysically, but it may "pull you in" and hamper your
activity. It's just the nature of electricity. As a physical or
nonphysical being, you are similar to the poles of the planet and
the storms of the sky. An influence that varies from the norm,
can make your navigation awkward.
My suggestion: An electrical storm of any
magnitude would not be a great first-travel to play with.
Example 2:
Avoid excessive winds if you are new to
traveling. Although the wind may not truly be of sufficient force
to toss you about, the "sight" of nature's fury may
influence your ability to control your actions.
Example 3:
If there is tornado-type weather, stay away
from it. This weather is a perfect example of my examples that
I'm exampling (oops, I confused me).
Tornado-type weather has it all. There are
high winds and electrical discharges. Additionally, you'd be
diggin' on a swingin'-barometric-beat, and snappin' to some wacky
magnetics. To the flip, Daddy-O/Groovy-Chick, you'd be twistin'
your travel! (Flashback to a time I never knew.)

The Health Factor:
If you are healthy in body and mind, you
stand an excellent chance of traveling.
AND
If you are healthy in your mind only (i.e.;
a person who is physically ill, paralyzed, bed-ridden, etc.),
your traveling may be further induced,
by your "super-desire", to leave behind the physical
limitations.
An individual's physical health is not as
much of a factor, as is their mental attitude. Anyone can travel,
if they have a positive, patient attitude, and a focused
traveling plan.

Pregnancy Paths (guys, leave the room:):
I have never heard another
"expert" say this, so I will.
If you are pregnant, you can still travel.
Any healthy, pregnant woman can leave her physical, for a bit of
relief. Your baby will be fine.
Just as you know when anything is wrong
while you are physical, you will also know if anything is wrong
while you are nonphysical.
There is a natural connection to your
physical body and your baby.
Don't worry about who is minding the store, because you are.
And, as an interesting thought for you to
ponder:
Perhaps your baby, will follow right along with you.
Then, baby's first words may be, "Mommy-Travels".

Imagery On The Edge
When utilizing visualization to trigger a travel, you can first allow the
visualization to pull you out, and then, gradually pull back from
the visualization edge, to see what's really what.
In other words, with just a bit of
fine-tuning, you can use the visualization to
"put-yourself-anywhere", and then remove the layered
visual, to reveal the pure and actual travel.
This
"awareness-after-the-trigger" may be easily
accomplished by prior subliminal suggestion (i.e.; "I will
become very aware after I reach my goal").
It may also be incorporated directly into
the visualization (imagine yourself becoming fully aware as you
reach your destination or action).
Utilizing a
"visualization-trigger" properly, places you anywhere,
with little fuss, and then awakens you to normal consciousness.
More on awareness, may be found here.

Gonna Meetcha Meetcha Meetcha
If you are traveling and your friend is
traveling and
ALL of your defenses are down, you might immediately
recognize your traveling friend.
But, "ALL defenses down" means:
No predisposition to avoid intruders; no
predisposition of an aggressive posture; no predisposition of a
fake-front to protect you; no predisposition of expectation
towards any intruder; no predisposition to say the word
predisposition...okay I'll stop now.
Likely, under less than optimum
circumstances, it will take a few
non-verbal
"exchanges" to recognize
each other .

Precautionary Reruns
IF YOU...
...are in good health (no medical
conditions, that may restrict
a little excitement).
...have a grip on reality (most of the
time, har har:).
...can deal with the possibility of being
afraid at times.
...can rationally approach a situation, and
make a fair judgement
of how to handle it.
THEN YOU...
...have nothing to fear.
...have lots of armor to protect you.
...have a head start beyond my early
travels, because I started out in the dark.
To sum it all up:
Travel cautiously, BUT ENJOY YOURSELF:)!
