5. Carefully pull down the exhaust pipe center heat shield, to remove the fuel tank heat shield.
Torque: 5 Nm

24. Drain the fuel tank with the fuel tank draining equipment.

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

CAUTION: Take extra care not to damage the fuel tank level sensor float and arm.
NOTE: Make sure that the seal is correctly located.
NOTE: Make sure that the installation marks are aligned.
