Patient position: supine
Apply the base of the tape at the
anterior superior iliac spine.
Peel off the Kinesio Tex tape from the
backing and place the tape
temporarily on the skin.
Internally rotate the inner thigh.
Apply towards the pes anserinus as if
drawing a curve on of the anterior
surface of the thigh.
Apply as if to wrap the posterior
portion of the medial knee joint.
Completed Kinesio Tex application:
