NOVEMBER 2004
Love, passion, agitation, danger – the
color red evokes intense reactions. Red
also works quickly to gain attention and
heighten awareness (think fire engines,
sports cars, stop signs). This particular
study in red, however, invites rather
than demands notice. String smooth
ruby jade tubes with textured gold
accents to make a rich ensemble. Wear
this dynamic creation, and your friends
will be seeing red, too!

4
in. (14.6cm) of alternating seed beads and tube beads,
beginning and ending with a seed bead. Center the beads.
2. Cut a second strand of beading wire 13 in. (33cm) long.
String 8 in. (20cm) of the pattern in step 1, beginning and
ending with a seed bead. Center the beads.
