Rene-Gilles Deberdt ("the Author") warrants that he is sole owner of "Kyodai Mahjongg" ("the Software"), also known as "Kyodai", and that he has full power and authority to grant this license herein without consent of any other party.

LICENSE REGULATIONS

1. All attempts to defeat the shareware check are a violation of our copyright and strictly prohibited. If such attempts become known we reserve the legal right to prosecute the offending party.

2. Modification of a file that belongs to the Kyodai package is strictly prohibited !

3. Disassembling, reverse engineering, translation, patching, hacking, or cracking of this program, as well as distribution of any material the encourages or assists in any of these activities is strictly prohibited. Any violation against this rule constitutes copyright fraud and may be subject to prosecution under copyright law.

4. Possession of the registered version is permitted only to the registered user.

5. You may use the Software on any single computer, or on two computers as long as only one (1) copy is used at a time.

6. You may make a single copy of the Software for archival purposes, provided the copy contains all of the original Software's proprietary notices or labels.

Distribution is non-commercial if it is for free; or by any not-for-profit organization; or by hobby, user or computer interest group to its members; or by any BBS or Internet site that does not charge users for distributing the software. Non-commercial distribution is permitted without further authorization provided the program is NOT represented as free or public domain.

The license granted under this Agreement gives you no rights to such content.

This Agreement and the license granted hereunder will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the limitations described herein. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software and any related documentation.
