CHARNWOOD
Place 44 beads on the thread before winding the shuttle.
Wind the shuttle with 1 metre of thread - leave attached to the ball.
DS = Double Stitch
P = Picot
B = Bead
RW = Reverse Work
CENTRE RING.
Place 6 of the beads within the Circle of thread round the hand and make a ring of
1 DS slide a B to the Stitch.
Then make *2DS, P, 2 DS, bead * .
Repeat from * to * 4 times, 1 DS,
Close ring . RW .
Chain of 8 DS, B, 8 DS, join the first P of the centre ring.
Repeat the chain 5 times joining the last
chain into the start of the first chain.
Continue with chain of 8DS, B, 8DS, 3 Beads together, 8DS, B, 8DS .
Join into the space between the 1st and 2nd chains on the last row.
Continue all round the motif in this way until all the petals are made, joining
the last chain into the start of the first one.
Tie and make sure that the ends are secure before trimming.
Sew into bangle to complete.
