Kasia Designs retains and reserves the right to modify, update and change
the Terms of Use for all digital designs at anytime with or without notice
It is your responsibility to check for updates and changes to the Terms of Use.
All Materials designed by Kasia Designs including but not limited to images and text,
are protected by copyright under U.S. copyright law, international conventions, and other
copyright laws. You cannot use the Content except as specified herein.
You agree to follow all instructions within these terms and are limited the way you may
use the Content.
You may:
-use my designs for your own scrapbook pages and projects,blog layout (resolution no higher then 72dpi)
,including hybrid works or paper scrapping
-use my designs in layouts that are posted in online galleries and/or submitted to magazines with a credit
given to Kasia Designs
-copy my files to any external hard drives and computers that are owned and used expressly by YOU for
digital scrapbooking purposes, this does not include computers that are used by other digital scrappers or
people who would use our designs other than your immediate family (Spouse, Children living in the same
household)
-make DVD or CD backups of our files to store solely for your own use. These backups may not be
shared with any other person.
-use my designs for your HOME-BASED BUSINESS as Scrap For Hire Business under limited
professional use / scrap for hire conditions noted below.
-use my designs to decorate your blog only if your blog is NOT PROFITABLE and only if you give me a
credit, signed by Kasia Designs.
LIMITED PROFESSIONAL USE/SCRAP FOR HIRE:
--YOU MAY create layouts for individual clients without asking permission or purchasing
an additional license. The finished product must be given to a client ONLY in a .jpg (flattened) or
printed version. Quickpage and/or layered .psd products are not allowed.
You MAY NOT use my designs as part of freebies.
You MAY NOT use my designs to make mass produced/bulk items such as announcement cards (birth,
wedding, birthday etc)If you are interested in this type of use, please contact me at
[e-mail] to discuss the proper licensing.
YOU MAY NOT use my items for the purpose of web design or web templates,blog design or any other
online design-for-hire use like eBay product pages or eBay about me pages, or cards without permission.

YOU MAY NOT use my designs to create any proucts which can be sell in shops/stores in many
examples (books, folders, etc.)
YOY May NOT use my designs to create advertisements .If you are interested in this type of use, please

Your custom final product made with my designs can not be used/sell by others for any public or private
commercials .
YOU also MAY NOT:
-claim these images/products as your own (altered or unaltered)
-redistribute my designs in any way (selling, sharing, loaning or pirating)
-create brushes or tubes from my designs
-use my designs for any harmful, pornographic, obscene, defamatory, immoral or racial material
-upload my designs to any webpage for download, send them through Google, Yahoo or other "list"
groups
-make "Quickpages" or templates from my designs and offer them for sale or free under any
circumstances.

If you have questions about any of this agreement or you would be interested to purchase extended
professional use licence please contact me at [e-mail].
This type of licence must be purchased directly from me everytime and for EACH PRODUCT that you
would like to use in your business. Credit must still be given wherever possible to Kasia Designs. If any of
these conditions are violated, this license is immediately revoked and further license purchasing will not
