These images/designs (also refered to as Content) are for personal use. NOT FOR COMMERCIAL USE, in any way.

Do not redistribute in any way, or claim as your own. Please give proper credit to the designer, Kooky Cat Designs.


You can:

-use and incorporate the Content in your personal scrapbooking layouts
digital or printed form

-use Content for your personal blog

-use Content to make a personal online signature for you or someone else
as long as it is for personal use and not for business purposes

-alter Content by changing the size, color, or by adding to or deleting from said Content

-use and incorporate the Content in scrapbooking layouts you create for others,
whether or not you make a profit, provided that the layouts are provided to the client
as a flattened, un-editable form either electronic or printed. You may not provide the
editable pieces of the kit to anyone else under any circumstances

-print a hardcopy of Content to be used in your personal scrapbooking projects
as well as other personal craft projects as long as it is for personal use only

-make one copy of the Content for back-up purposes

-credit for usage in an online gallery is very much appreciated


You cannot:

-provide a copy of the Content to anyone

-use the Content in design template applications for resale, including, but not limited to,
website templates, flash templates, and brochure design templates

-claim Content or altered Content as your own, you may not alter these graphics and call
them your own; you may not take any part of these graphics and add it to your graphic and
claim the resulting graphic as your own

-use the Content or any part thereof as part of a trade-mark, design-mark, trade-name,
business name, service mark, or logo design

-use Content to endorse a business, product or service

-use the Content in a fashion that is considered pornographic, obscene, defamatory or
libelous in nature

-use Content to create obscene, defamatory, or immoral works

-remove any notice of copyright, trade-mark or other proprietary right from any place
where it appears on or in the Content or it's accompanying materials

-resell, rent, lend, or otherwise distribute the Content

-post a copy of the Content on a network server or web server for use by other users, do not share

-make any Content into tubes or brushes and redistribute them in any way

-use the Content to make a profit, unless as noted above
