Duty officer.
MINIMUM RWY OCCUPANCY TIME
ATC services assume each aircraft having received clearance to line up
threshold 11 or 29 to be ready for immediate departure.
Aircrews unable to comply with these requirements shall inform ATC services
as soon as possible.
