Unleash your dreams
with a simple tapping exercise!
NOTES
Do the tapping where you have privacy and will be undisturbed. You may feel shifts right away or it
may take a little while; if strong feelings come up simply continue tapping on all the points until it
subsides.
PREPARATION
Pick a specific goal or dream that you'd like to achieve or attract. This technique works best when
you are hydrated; drink water before you start and during the process.
To familiarise yourself with the tapping points, download a free diagram here. Keep pen and paper
handy, sometimes you will get great insights and understandings during tapping.
Close your eyes and breathe in/out deeply. Now take 3 more deep breaths while you gently tap on
the inside of your left or right wrist and silently say to yourself: I accept myself and my dreams; I
am doing the best I can.
Remembe to pick a specific goal or dream that you'd like to achieve or attract before you continue.
One of my goals or dreams is (to) ...........................................
STEP 1: OPENING ROUND
Tap the karate chop point while saying three times:
'Even though I haven't achieved this goal yet I deeply (say this with emphasis) and completely
accept myself anyway.'
'Even though I haven't achieved this goal yet I deeply and completely accept myself anyway.'
'Even though I haven't achieved this goal yet I deeply and completely accept myself anyway.'
Now tap on the top of the eyebrows and say 'I haven't achieved this goal yet.'
Side of the eyes I wish I had but I haven't.'
Under the eyes I wonder what's been stopping me?'
Under the nose What if a part of me has been trying to protecting me from achieving this goal?'
Chin point Even if that's possible I'd like to know that it is OK for me to achieve this goal now.'
Collarbone point But what if it's not safe enough to do it yet?'

Tap the karate chop point while saying three times:

choose to be open just to the possibility that I could achieve it - what if it was possible?'
'Even though I haven't achieved this goal yet I deeply and completely accept myself anyway and I
choose to be open just to the possibility that I could achieve it - what if it was possible?'
'Even though I haven't achieved this goal yet I deeply and completely accept myself anyway and I
choose to be open just to the possibility that I could achieve it - what if it was possible?'
Now tap on the top of the eyebrows and say 'I haven't achieved this goal yet.'
Side of the eyes All my resistance and self-protection to achieving this goal.'
Under the eyes All the reasons why I haven't achieved it yet.'
Under the nose All the reasons why it's not safe to achieve this goal.'
Chin point All the reasons why I don't deserve to achieve this goal.'
Collarbone point All the reasons why it's not OK to achieve this goal.'
Under the arm All the things I'm going to have to let go of if I achieve this goal.'
Top of the head I choose to accept and respect who I am, how I feel about this and I'm open to
creating new possibilities now; what if I could change?'
Take a deep breath and drink some water before you continue to the closing round.
STEP 3: CLOSING ROUND
Tap the karate chop point while saying three times:
'Especially because I'm now opening up just to the possibility of this dream or goal [... name the
specific dream or goal ...] I profoundly accept who I am and how I feel about this and I give myself
permission.

Top of the head I honour and respect who I am now and allow myself to be more of me than I've
ever been'
That's it, you're done! Take a deep breath and drink some water.
Repeat this exercise no more than twice a day for the next week and really feel the difference!
