Movie for broad-band (300kbps)
Place the affected joint to be treated
in a neutral position (no internal
tension on the tissue).
Apply the base of the Kinesio Tex just
inferior to the distal ligamentous
attachment of the ligament (lateral
collateral ligament).
Stabilizing the base of the Kinesio
Tex, pull the middle 1/3 of the tape
with moderate to full (50-100%)
available tension and apply the tape
along the course of the ligament
(lateral collateral ligament).
Apply the end of the Kinesio Tex with
no tension.
Completed Kinesio Tex application
