Fascia Correction
Movie for broad-band (300kbps)
With no tension on the Kinesio Tex,
apply the base of tape 1/2 to the 3cm-
length below the affected area.
Hold the base to minimize tension of
base.
Hold the ends of both tails and
oscillate (alternately pull and release)
the tape as you apply it to the skin to
either hold or assist the fascia in
unwinding from the desired position.
Apply the Kinesio Tex with light to
moderate (25-50%) available tension.
Apply the ends of the Kinesio Tex
with no tension.
Completed Kinesio Tex application
