Superficial Fascia of the Triceps Brachii Muscle
Movie for broad-band (300kbps)
Patient position: seated with the
shoulder abducted to 90 degrees and
horizontally adducted to 45 degrees
and elbow flexed to 90 degrees.
Apply the base of the Kinesio Tex to
the olecranon process with no
tension.
Further move the shoulder to
horizontal adduction to 90 degrees to
increase tissue tension.
Apply the outside tails with light (25%)
available tension to cover the triceps
brachii muscle.
Apply the inside tails with light (25%)
available tension to equally spread
the tails to cover the majority of the
triceps region. Apply the ends of the
Kinesio Tex with no tension.
Completed Kinesio Tex application
