The "System TL+7 Lite" Program (hereinafter referred to as the Program) of the LexLand software house is made available under FREEWARE licence. It means it can be copied and used free for private and commercial purposes.

No alterations to the Program modifying its original form made available by LexLand shall be made while copying. Copying the incomplete or supplemented with extra components Program is forbidden.

Any modifications to the Program are forbidden. The Program user has no right to modify, to adapt or to translate the Program as well as to decode, to decompile and to disassemble it or to use any other way in order to decipher the program source code including asking the Third Party for it.

The sale of the Program and achieving financial profits from its distribution (incl. locating the Program in the payable Internet services) are forbidden. The Program can be published on websites on condition that information concerning the author and the direct link to the www.lexland.pl home page of the Program are placed on this site in a visible way. All other methods of publication need a permit of LexLand software house. The Program cannot be hired or leased by a Licence Holder.

The LexLand software house has made efforts to make the Program as functional and reliable as possible. The Program is made available to the user “as is" without any warranties or any compensation. It means LexLand bears no responsibility for any damages resulting from the use of the Program. The user decides to use this Program on his own responsibility. LexLand gives no warranties as to the adequate quality and correct functioning of the Program and as to the fulfillment of the licence holder expectations. The user agrees to lay no claims to the LexLand software house as complaints resulting from Lexland liability for damages.

The official service where the Program can be downloaded is the www.lexland.pl website. Downloading the Program from any other source the user has to be aware that the downloaded Program can be defective or out of date.

The Program and all the legal copies made by the users remain the intellectual property of LexLand software house. LexLand keeps all personal and property copyrights to the Program. The Program is protected by the copyright and the copyright and immaterial property international agreements. The infringement of these rights is liable under civil and criminal law.

Using the whole or a part of the Program the user agrees to comply with the terms and conditions of this agreement. LexLand allows to use the Program on condition that the provisions of this agreement are fulfilled. If the user does not accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement he shall cease to use this Program and remove the Program form his computer.

This agreement is governed by the law of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes between the Parties shall be settled by means of arbitration, and in the event that the parties cannot resolve the dispute themselves, by the Court proper for the seat of Licensor. In case of any dispute the Polish version of the licence agreement (attached to the Program) shall prevail. For all the cases which are not regulated by the provisions of this agreement the Civil Code and Copyright Law shall apply.
