Movie for broad-band (300kbps)
Patient position: standing or sitting
Place the center of the "X" shaped
Kinesio Tex lateral to the spinous
process of the 7th cervical vertebra.
Flex and laterally bend the neck to the
opposite side.
Peel the Kinesio Tex from the paper
liner and place the tape temporarily
on the skin. Do not activate the glue
by rubbing.
Apply the inferior medial tail of the  X
to the lateral aspect of the spinous
process of the 6th thoracic vertebra.
Apply the inferior lateral tail of the  X
to the paraspinals two fingerbreadths
lateral to the inferior medial tail.
Apply the superior lateral tail of the
 X to the transverse process of the
1st cervical vertebra.
