SUBJECT: LUBRICATION OF HYDRAULIC PUMP/MOTOR SPLINE COUPLING
Field experience has shown that the coupling between the motor and the hydraulic pump requires
periodic lubrication. Every 1000 hours, the pump motor should be removed from the truck and the
splined coupling on the motor shaft should be packed completely with P/N 344117 Moly Paste lubri-
cant.
For removal of this splined coupling, refer to Gram F-F-10 R2.
