The following Exercise and drills should be carried out as per Rules and Regulations required by the International and Solas requirements.

Please send this report to this office with Monthly Check-list for Life saving equipment form at the end of each Month.

Lifeboat/abandon ship & fire drills (state date of drill exercise)

2.

Lifeboat engine, emergency fire pumps & emergency generator or batteries run & tested (state date of drill exercise)

3.

Man overboard exercise (state date of drill exercise)

4.

Emergency steering gear tested (state date of drill exercise)

5.

Lifeboat lower in water with hooks off (state date of drill exercise)

Port lifeboat

6.

Emergency devices testing (state date of drill exercise)

Emergency lighting

Quick closing valves

Emergency vent stop switches

Watertight system

Fire detecting system

Remarks:

1.

Lifeboat/abandon & fire drill should be exercised at least once each month or subject to flag state requirements such as Hong Kong/British and Liberian flag required practice weekly.

2.

Man overboard drill should be exercise once every three month.

3.

Emergency devices should be tested at least once a week.

4.

Lifeboats lower in water with hooks off at least once every 3 month.

5.

Emergency steering gear system should be tested prior to arrival & departure port.

6.

Lifeboat engine and emergency fire pumps should be run/tested weekly.
