Family

The family is a foundation of today's society. It plays the biggest role (and it is one of its the most important duties) in bringing up children. Much bigger then for example schools. When a child is brought up in a decent and solid family and kept on the straight and narrow it has a larger chance of success in live. But a family isn't just only the narrow circle consisting of mother, father and their children. To a family belongs also a wider range of people having mutually different relationships. To have lots of relatives makes you not feel alone and you will enjoy your live.

Characteristic of my sister

My sister in 12. She is quite tall and has long straight hair and wonderful green eyes. Even though she is in puberty she doesn't use any kind of make-up or something. She is happy about her natural appearance. You never start boring with her, she likes jokes and laughing. She is also single-minded and wants to have an excellent results in studying.

Characteristic of my father

My father is smaller then me, but still quite tall. He is bald, so he has just short crew cut. He has green eyes like me and my sister. He is always smoothly shaved. He has also a great sense of humour. I think, my sister took a lot after him.

Ideal wife

The first thing is to love your wife and to be loved. If I fall in love with some woman, she should be (besides likeable appearance) mainly intelligent and tolerant. She should be also a good partner in a marriage, good at cooking, not scared of house works and a good mother of our potential children.

A generation gap is a popular term used to describe wide differences in cultural norms between members of a younger generation and their elders. This can be defined as occurring when older and younger people do not understand each other because of their different experiences, opinions, habits and behaviour.

Family events

The very important event is a creation of a new family - wedding. It is a very hard decision, because if you marry someone you agree to protect and honour her till death. It is a responsible obligation.

The very sad event is a funeral. Whole family mourns for lost member of their little society. The saddest is when dies one of the child's parents.

In Christian families is the other important event the baptism when a child becomes a member of Christian church.

Also celebrations of name-days and birthdays are events when whole family meet at someone's home and everyone is talking and telling stories.

Stages of human life

You begin your life as a newborn. You are completely dependent on devotion of your mother. When you find out how can you move you become a toddler. You are crawling and exploring a world around you. As a baby you get all attention of your surround, you learn how to eat, draw, play and other important things. Then you are child. You start to attend a school and get to know lots of new friends. These are important in your teenage, because you are spending most of time with them and they are your second family. You must be careful, who do you chose as a friend. After this period you begin to be used to take care of yourself alone. You find a girlfriend, who will maybe become your wife. You found a family and find a work. There are at least thirty years of work waiting for you. When you have gone trough it you become a retired and you are getting money from the state. You have your own peace till death.

Problems of young people

Young people (teenagers) have different kinds of problems like problems in family (lack of understanding) or in school (bad results) or in private live (break-up with a partner) or with friends. Everyone deals with problems their own way. The best way is to share your problem with your best friend or parents. It is worse when they are searching for a solution in alcohol, cigarettes or even in drugs. Then there must be someone (like a best friend again) who will prevent such a teenager from these all negative influences.

Problems of young family

The problem number one are money. Young people don't have a proper and well paid job so they cannot afford such a flat they want. It is much worse when they are married just because they have unexpected baby, so they have to pay for nappies, clothes and equipment. The city or the state helps these families. It could lend a family money or sell a cheap flat until the family can stay on its own legs.
