3.What personal qualities make a good boss, colleague and employee?
Everyday we meet a lot of people in many places, for example at school, at work or in the street. We spend much time with our friend or colleague and consequently we know each other very well. Everyone should be outgoing and funny because people like having fun. Good boss, colleague or employee should be also really polite. Nobody likes rude people. What's more they should be helpful and try to solve other people problems. In addition, we like when somebody is punctual and hard- working. They want to do many thing themselves and we can say that is really responsible.
Moreover, a good boss is a just person. He treats everybody in the same way.
Personally, I think that these are the most important personal qualities.
