How can we predict what exactly guarantee the win when going for a job interview? We can say qualifications are different depends on kind of job we want to apply for – however there are still some tricks we can make good use of! One of them is to make sure what the company is seeking in a candidate. It is a lot easier when we can compare their expectations with our own abilities, certifications or experience. That way we will be ready to answer specific questions as an example: Why do you think you are suited for this job? Or Why do you want to work here? I think it is normal to feel pressure and stress during job interview and that is why many people practice answering the most common questions long before. It helps to calm nerves and gather thoughts. Since you know already the answer there is no need to worry you will – in that very moment – say something unnecessary or stupid. Also don't wait until the last minute to make sure your interview clothes are ready. It has to be chosen according to the job. We should be dressed nicely and tidy. Don’t forget about your expressions! Sometimes you don’t have to say anything – the gestures you make unconsciously will say it all. Be confident, answer straight-forwardly without a rush. And remember to smile! After all first impression is one of the most important element of our chances to get the job we want to, so be ready and don’t miss it!
