Why are there so many road accidents nowadays?

We can't imagine the world today without a car. Humans enjoy greater freedom of movement and greater speed of travel than ever before. But the price we have to pay for these conveniences is very high.

Every year thousands of people are killed and hundreds of thousands are seriously injured in car accidents. The most terrifying fact is that more and more victims are children and teenagers. Car accidents are caused by human error, high speed, and alcohol. Unfortunately many drunk people drive cars and they don't realise how dangerous it is for other road users and for themselves. In Poland the state of roads is very poor and it also increases the number of tragic accidents.
