Passage planning applied to the Ship's sailing between port to port, including pilot station to berth or vice versa. Please take into accounts of followings: |

Voyage number, Type of cargo carried and tonnage or in ballast condition. Draft situation: forward and aft draft. |

Refer Nautical publication including Guide to Port Entry; Sailing Directions; Tide Tables; Current and Pilot charts and relevant Port Regulations etc. |

(3) |
Estimate prevailing wind force and favourable current within the navigating area. |
|
(4) |
Alternating or way points and ETA of the planning passage (Latitude and Longitude or bearing and distance from landmark, etc.). |

(5) |
Estimate planned total steaming distance and assumed speed (current factor taken in account to) and daily consume fuel and diesel oil |

(6) |
Summary:- |
Actual steaming distance run; actual navigating speed and average daily consumption of fuel and diesel oil. Weather condition including wind direction and force and sea status. Total days of vessel encounter bad weather. |

Remarks:- |
Period of bad weather* in this passage (period of vessel influenced by Typhoon, fog and ice etc.), also including date and time/date of commencing and cease; kinds of incident occur (Time, Date, Position (Lat/Long) and nature of incident, damage extent). Factors and causes which affecting the Ship's speed etc. |
