1. Shipboard Organisation

The Check Lists included here are specimen and have to be completed by the shipboard management according to the vessel's specifications. One copy of each check list completed must be sent to the shorebased management to be inserted into the Emergency Response Manual there.

Revisions of these check lists have to be treated analogously.

If more check lists than included here are necessary, the shipboard management will prepare a specimen without revision number and send it towards the Designated Management Representative. The Designated Management Representative will take all necessary steps to check it and to include it to the QSE system if found useful.

2. Shorebased Organisation

The shorebased copy of the Emergency Response Manual on principle contains each check list contained in the shipboard copies of the Emergency Response Manual.
