Play in zones only

overload zones in middle / attacking 1/3^rd

Overload with movement of the ball in & out of the grids - support from in front / behind

ORGANISATION

60 x 40m grid + 2 End Zones

Servers may not join in over broken line

Reds combine to get into the opposite end zone and vice versa.

Progress to allow the server to join in

a) pass the ball into the next zone and then move one player in also

b) run with the ball into the next zone

How to exploit space:

movement & mobility

accurate passing

running with / without the ball

KEY FACTORS:

Think - forward passing & forward movement with good possession.

Quick counter attacking when possession is retrieved. - quick passes / quick movement

A forward pass in behind the players can create major problems and is more beneficial

Good movement (a backward run) can create space for a pass or a run with the ball
