Sport is very important in our life. We spend a lot of time on learning, working, watching TV, using computers. Sometimes we feel bad, tired and often we live in stress. Then we need sport. It is a good way to relax. Our whole body and brain need it. When we work in the office or if we are students, we often sit on a chair for a long time. We often complain about our spinal curvature and we say that our eyes are tired. In this situation, we should run or play football, tennis, basketball, volleyball or other after work.
Sport has been a part of people's life for many years. Many centuries ago in Roma or in Greece people held Olympic Games. Nowadays, in accordance with tradition, we also organise it - once four years. A major disciplines of Olympic Games are: running, wrestling, swimming.
A lot of people like watching sport on TV. We can often see many basketball and football matches there. Other people go to see football matches on stadiums - often we may meet dangerous "football fans" on the train or on the street. Most of them go to another city to beat other "fans" for fun. They often attack innocent people during their travels. I dont understand people like them. Im afraid of going to a football match because I can be beaten, so sometimes I watch them on TV. my favourite Polish team is Widzew ŁódĽ.
For me sport is important. I like playing football, volleyball and running. I also like skiing. But many people in Poland forget about the existence of sport - they only work and rest in front of a TV set.
In my town there is a problem with playing football. Children often play it on lawns because there are too few playgrounds for them. the situation is good only in housing estates: there is usually a big school with a playground and next to blocks of flats there are places for playing basketball or volleyball.
Sport is very useful in our life. It helps us to relax, it can be our hobby. When we have spare time and we don't know what to do, we may, for example, go to play football with our friends or keep fit and work out our silhouette. I think that all of us should practise some sport because it makes us healthier, stronger, it gives us satisfaction, may protect us from illness and helps us to relieve stress.

Skydiving, a wild sport, requires strict training and special equipment and a plan for jumping out of the plane. This sport is for people of all ages who are in top physical condition and have strong nerves. If you qualify, contact a top professional skydiving school for instructions. Before you can sky dive, you must attend six hours of class lectures about safety and the use of equipment. First, you learn how to recognize and react to an emergency quickly. Then you do physical drills that copy the correct body position in the air. After that, you learn how to steer a parachute. Finally, you learn how to land on the ground without getting injured. The special equipment for a skydiver includes wearing skydiving clothing: a jumpsuit, a safety helmet, and ankle-high boots, and a main chute and a second back-up chute. After you complete the course, you are ready to jump out of the plane. You board a small plane with several skydivers, the jumpmaster, and the pilot. The plane takes off and climbs to the jump attitude of about four thousand feet. Sport is becoming more and more popular, especially among brave people. It is treated as a form of passing leisure time and a way to keep fit and healthy. However, I believe that sport can be dangerous and risky.
Firstly, even practicing a secure sport can lead to the injury. For example, you may be crashed by a car while bike riding.
Secondly, sport can be addictive. If you start bungee jumping, you feel like experiencing something new, that you want to repeat, never stop. As a result, you become addicted to it.
Thirdly, performance-enhancing drugs are slowly becoming the biggest threaten in the world of sport. Sportsmen take drugs to be record breakers and beat other contestants on the way to victory. As a result, their bodies grow old faster as they should.
Last, but not least, there are some threats lurking for sport fans. A lot of spectators that watch matches don't realize how dangerous this activity can be. For instance, a football fan may be attacked by supporter from opposing team and become handicapped for the rest of life.
In conclusion, it seems to me that sport can be really dangerous and deadly. However, we should remember, that it won't change until we become more judicious while practicing it.

Nowadays, extreme sports are becoming more and more popular, as thousands of people decide to try them. They attract men, especially at the age of early twenties and thirties. Female aren't so keen on the risky sports as male, but some of them forget about fear and try them. What makes the extreme sports so popular?
This kind of activity has a great influence on your life. Everybody knows that they can benefit from it. Firstly, practising extreme sports you became stronger. Your muscles train and develop, the heart is in a good condition. You can easily keep fit.
Secondly, extreme sports play a huge role in defeating people's fears and weaknesses. Therefore, they help to become mentally stronger and make easier to struggle with everyday problems.
What is more, you can relax and unwind practicing risky sports. For instance, a businessman works hard all year and he lives in constant stress. The bungee jumping gives him a chance to forget about problems connected with his job.
Another thing is adrenaline. This is a hormone produced by the body when you are frightened, angry or excited. It makes the heart beat faster and prepares the body to react to danger. Extreme sports release its production. For men adrenaline is the most important thing that makes them take up even more and more dangerous things.
Last but not least, you can demonstrate how brave and courageous you are. You don't compete with opponents, but with yourself and with nature´s forces. This makes it possible to prove how much a man is worth.
To cut a long story short, extreme sports are popular because of their numerous good points. They influence your life and bring a lot of benefits to your body. In my opinion, everyone should dare for a bit of craziness at least once and practise risky sports.
If I had to choose, I would try car races although it is a really expensive sport. My father takes part in such competitions and this passion has infected me. I will participate in it when I get a driving licence. It is not only the risk that makes me willing to try this sport. I'm fond of cars and everything what is connected with them as well. I think that everyone would like this sport if they have tried it.

are. It gives us the possibility to prove how much we are worth. They influence our life

However they create the risk of losing health and sometimes even life. Some sports, for examlpe car races, can
be dangerous for spectators.
A disadvantage of extreme sports is that practising them is quite an
