One should make:
geometric calculations (piston and piston rod diameter),
kinematics calculations at establishing that the piston speed isn't exceeding the 5 m/min,
select hydraulic pump at establishing that the fluid velocity pumped in pressure is equal 5 m/s and the fluid flowing out is equal 1,5 m/s,
endurance (strenght) calculations (in it buckling calculations),
choose sealing junctions (knots):
piston seal . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
rod seal in cylinder head (head end cap) . . . . . . . .
remained seal O-ring type
braking piston calculations, geometrical design of the breaking . . . . . . . . .
wenting system (set) . . . ,wenting valve according with Polish Standards ……..
choose oil inlet/outlet seats,
rod end (thread, articulated joint),
choose the connection between the cylinder barrel (tuleja cylindryczna) with the heads
