1. Shipboard Organisation
The Emergency Response Manual cannot contain all documents which might be necessary or useful in case of an emergency. Thus you find in this part a list of additional documents including the locations, where these documents are stored.
This list is a specimen, wherein part of the documents are listed and some locations are determined, to be completed by the shipboard management.
It is very important that you really can find the documents at the location stated in the list.
A copy of the completed list must be submitted to the company now and in case of revisions.
2. Shorebased Organisation
The shorebased copy of the Emergency Response Manual on principle contains any information contained in the shipboard copies of the Emergency Response Manual. Revisions must be conducted here as well.
The company must establish a similar list of additional documents for the shorebased management, too.
It is very important that you really can find the documents at the location stated in the list.
