1. Shipboard Organisation
This part of the Emergency Response Manual contains all necessary information about the vessel's cargoes:
Capacity Plan
Container Stowage Plan
Position of dangerous cargo, if it cannot easily be taken from the stowage plan
Additional information about dangerous cargo, if available. This means information in addition to the IMDG Code's information.
If appropriate, the actual stowage plan should be transmitted to the company.
2. Shorebased Organisation
The shorebased copy of the Emergency Response Manual in this case contains following information:
Capacity Plan
Stowage Plan / Cargo Tank Plan, at least a blank copy
