I'll never forget the first time I went to a pop concert. I went to see U2 play at Roundhay Park in Leeds in the north of England when I was 15. I still have vivid memories of it. The first time I played for the school football team was September 1 12th / 20th - I can't forget the date! I was 2 13 / 15 and I was wearing a new pair of football boots I got for my birthday. It was a home game and lots of people were watching, including my 3 teacher / parents. I was playing in the mid-field position. My best friend John was the goalkeeper. I felt quite 4 nervous / excited at the start but I soon relaxed. The crowd were cheering and 5 shouting / screaming. Ten minutes into the game, the other team scored a goal. John looked really 6 unhappy / happy. For the next thirty five minutes, our team tried really hard to score a goal but we were unlucky. Disaster holiday

I went on holiday to Western Australia and 1 __________ (decide) to hitchhike about 5000 kilometres to Sydney on the east coast. It 2 __________ (not look) far on the map, so off I went.
