Introduction
There are 5 Article Starters in each category. You will see they're all outlined - intro, body, and conclusion to give you some structure to work with. These are not finished articles - finishing them is what you're going to do.
On many of them I've adding instructions in [brackets] to give you an idea of where to head next with your article.
Naturally there will be some Article Starters that you need to do a little research on, but it's focused research on specific things and it shouldn't take you too long. If it does, you're doing waaay more research than you need to!
With some of these you're going to read them and think "hmmm, something's missing". Yay! That's what's supposed to happen! They're incomplete so you can add more bullet points, tips, insights, thoughts, examples, or ideas. That's how your finished articles will come out original to you.
You will notice the Kick-Start Title section at the end of each 5 Article Starters. These are simply title ideas for additional articles you might want to write that have to do with the topic at hand. They're to further help you with "I don't know what to write about."
These Article Starters and Kick-Start Titles may also give you additional ideas for articles you'd like to write so I've left spots for your inspired thoughts at the end of each category set.
At the very, very end you'll find information on where I do my research in hopes that it will benefit you.
Good luck and please let me know how it goes for you.

Stumped On What To Offer In Your Article's Bio Box?
Intro - Your bio box is everything; it's where you need to offer a call to action. You didn't write the article just for the heck of it, you want them to visit your site and hop on your list. The key is to offer value. Here's a list of ideas:
Ideas - [give a short explanation or example of each]
a cheatsheet
checklist
free trial
report
ebook
audio interview
How To video
plugin
software
coupon
coaching
Conclusion - Your bio box is your last chance - your opportunity to lure people to your website. Writing a good article is important, it brings them all the way down to your bio box, but what you offer in your bio box is what gets them to your site and on your list or buying your product.
Article Marketing
What Is Your Favorite Method Of Doing Article Research?
Intro - If you've been doing article marketing for any length of time, you've probably got one or two favorite ways of doing article research. I know I do, but every now and then I realize I'm in a rut and need to reach out for other ways.
Body - [list ways to research articles and a sentence or two about each]
Yahoo Answers
Ezine Articles
YouTube
magazines at the newsstand
ebooks and reports I own
the library
Amazon book reviews
sales letter bullets
etc.
Conclusion - There are many ways to do research for article marketing. These are just the tip of the iceberg.
Article Marketing
My Method of Coming Up With Article Ideas
Intro - Sometimes you have a general idea of what to write about, a general topic, but you don't know how to take that topic and turn it into several articles. Below is one of my methods that works like a charm.
Body - Who, what, when, where and how. Those will get you 5 articles.
WHO should use xyz. WHAT exactly is xyz, etc. [Give your own example of each]
Conclusion - Coming up with article ideas isn't always easy, but if you've got a topic in mind, use the above method to churn out 5 articles.
Article Marketing
Articles That Don't Start Out As Articles
Intro - Writing article after article can be time-consuming and tiring. Help yourself out by taking material you already have.
Body - [Give more details and possibly examples of these]
#1 Sometimes you can spit out a really wordy comment in answer to someone's blog post. Turn that into an article.
#2 Other times you write a lengthy answer to someone's email question. That can make a great article too.
#3 You have a report you've written in the past, or have PLR rights to a report. Take a section out of the report, add a few more details or further explanation and you've got an article.
Conclusion - Look around at what you already have and think how you can repurpose it into an article. That way it does double duty without taking up more of your precious time.
Article Marketing
What Does Your Article Need?
Intro - It's time to be brutally honest about your article marketing. Is it working? Have you forgotten something? Look through these and decide if you're covering all the bases with your articles.
Body - [Go into more detail for each]
Interesting enough title to make people want to click.
Keywords in the title.
Keywords in the article.
Interesting first paragraph with a good hook (which makes people want to read more).
Well-written and not a bunch of fluff. Not boring.
Strong call to action in the bio.
Anchor link in bio.
Conclusion - It's not enough to write an article and throw it onto EzineArticles. You've got to include the above elements.

Flipping Websites
Picking Successful Niches To Flip
Intro - A big component to successful website flipping is to pick a winning niche. It needs to be a niche where people are buying products, because those sites are the sites people want to buy.
Body - #1 Start with Flippa and see which niches are selling.
#2 Research Amazon - what are the top sellers in books and physical products?
#3 Keyword research - what are people searching for? What problems do they need solved?
#4 Ads - When you do a search through Google for the keywords, are there AdSense ads? That's part 1. Part 2 is checking out how much those advertisers are paying. Highish (as opposed to .02 or .05 per click) means you'd make more money in AdSense income if your site showed these ads, which means you can command a higher flip price.
Conclusion - Before you set up sites for the sole purpose of flipping, it's important to do your niche research. The better your niche, the more income it can make, and the more you make on the flip.
Flipping Websites
Using Flippa To Analyze Successful Flips
Intro - Flipping websites is a business for some and a way to let go of too many sites for others. Whether you're considering either reason to flip a site, do your homework and analyze successful flips on Flippa.
Body - Flippa gives you everything you need to do your research; it's a matter of looking at the flips with a sharp eye. Start a spreadsheet on:
niche
theme
monetization methods
age of site
age of domain
price sold
type of content - text, audio, video
amount of content - number of pages and posts, structure
past income and current income - some sites earning potential is past prime
'sales page' on Flippa - how it's written, what is highlighted
bonuses
etc.
Conclusion - Flippa is not just the place where the selling of sites occurs, it's a plethora of information on what your site(s) need to have, how they should be set up, and what you should do to tip you towards a successful sale.
Flipping Websites
Flip Or Hold?
Intro - It seems like a good thing - the site is a money-maker. So why on earth do they want to flip it? Believe it or not, they've probably got good reasons.
Body - Keeping vs. selling
for keeping - making money on autopilot now, even a little money is a good thing, you might not get what it's worth, you plan to build it up to a higher income sometime in the future.
for flipping - earning potential is going down and will keep dwindling if time is not spent on this site, the owner is bored of the niche, the owner needs the money from the sale to put into a different venture, building sites up to make money and then flipping them is their business and what they like to do.
Conclusion - A lot of thinking should go into deciding whether to flip or hold a site. If the site owner wants to sell sites that are money-makers, then they have reasons that make sense for them.
Flipping Websites
8 Great Ways To Improve A Site You Purchased
Intro - Perhaps you're one of those people who would rather buy an ugly, under-monetized site and turn it into something you're proud of AND makes you a monthly income. What, then, do you do to improve a site you've purchased?
Body -
ugly graphics - easy fix
change a basic theme to a premium theme that gives you more to work with plus better SEO.
do new keyword research
rework the content for better SEO based on the best keywords
find new affiliate products to promote or create your own product to sell on your 'new' site
add lots more content
start a backlinking campaign
revamp any other monetization methods
Conclusion - Some marketers like to sell sites and others like to buy them and fix them up to their full earning potential. This can be quite lucrative if you know what to do.
Flipping Websites
Flipping Is For More Than Websites
Intro - Flipping websites is big business these days and there are several good platforms on which to do it. But there is more that can be 'flipped' than just websites. Think about what else you can flip, especially when you've been in internet marketing awhile and have a stockpile of everything.
Body - Other things to flip - domain names, PLR sites (niche sites set up with content, but maybe 25 of the same one will be sold. You would need to get a new domain name and make some changes to make yours original.), your digital product with sales page, your physical book with sales page, your software (like a plugin you invented but don't want to spend any more time marketing it), etc.
Conclusion - You can sell a lot more than a typical blog. Think outside the box and check your inventory of things and content you've created to see what you might want to flip.

Product Creation
Asking People What They Want To Spend Their Money On
Intro - You're willing to spend your time and money creating info products, but how do you know what will sell?
Body - Ask.
#1 Survey your list.
#2 Put a survey on your blog and ask your readers.
#3 Check out the forums and see what questions are being asked over and over.
[can add more ideas here like keyword tracking, etc.]
Conclusion - People will tell you what they want if you ask. In fact, if you don't ask you can still find out what people want by the questions they ask in the forums

How To Write An Ebook Without Being Totally Overwhelmed
Intro - If you've never written an ebook, it can be pretty scary. Even seasoned ebook writers can be overwhelmed at the start, when they look at the whole big picture. Here are some suggestions on how to get on with it.
Body - #1 Outsource it. :)
#2 Do an outline first. Cover the whats, whys, whens, wheres, and hows.
#3 Do each chapter as if it were an article. Then come back and add more details, examples, stories to make it even more chapter-like.
Conclusion - While the idea of writing an ebook might sound like fun and making money from it is definitely a thrill, the in-between part is honestly hard work. Consider outsourcing the whole thing if you don't feel up to it. Otherwise, do an outline first, then write each chapter thinking of it as just an article. Before you know it, your ebook will be done.
Product Creation
Creating A Product Without Having To Write It
Intro - There is more than one way to create a product. If you don't like to write and you don't want to spend the money to outsource, consider some other ways to do it.
Body - Use voice recording software such as Dragon Naturally Speaking and have it transcribed. Google Voice can work for this too, although the transcription will need some editing.
Audio record an interview or three and make that your product.
Do some How To screencasting videos.
Ask other people a couple written questions each and have them send back their written answers.
[give examples, ideas, and resources for each]
Conclusion - Even if you don't like to write, you can still create a product.
Product Creation
Tools, Software, and Resources You'll Need To Create A Product
Intro - No matter who form your product takes, you'll need some help from certain tools, software and other resources. Here's a rundown on some of the things you'll need to create your masterpiece.
Body - ebook - PDF converter, FTP program, domain name, hosting
audio - recording program, etc.
video - screencasting software, etc.
To sell it - PayPal, a marketplace, autoresponder to capture customers' email addresses, affiliate program optional.
Conclusion - Tools, software, and other resources will help you get your product from idea to reality. Get what you need to do the job quickly and correctly.
Product Creation
Creating A Product From PLR
Intro - It is possible to take a PLR ebook and turn around and sell it without any changes. Many people do that. But do they make any money that way? Are they successful? Do they feel proud calling it their own?
Body - Start with adding value. Add additional chapters, tips, bullet points, examples, personal stories.
Change the ebook cover and website header. Get new ones made. Change the title.
Add graphics and screenshots in the ebook.
Add resources including your affiliate links for them.
Conclusion - It's easy to turn around and put a PLR ebook up for sale, but that's not the best way to do it. Add value, change the graphics, monetize it, and make it something bigger and better and that you're proud to sell.

It's Not Too Late To Optimize Your Old Blog Posts
Intro - Chances are you know more about SEO now than you did when you first started blogging. It's not too late to go back and optimize your old blog posts, just set aside some time each week to do it.
Body - Don't think you have to SEO all of them; just the ones that are already getting some traffic per Google Analytics. Or pillar posts you've spent a lot of time on and they're so good you want everyone to read them.
Spend the majority of your time rechecking keyword tools for your best keyword phrase(s).
Look at the post and make sure you have your keywords in the URL.
Revisit the content of the post and make sure it includes your keyword phrase throughout, in an anchor text link, in your H1 and H2 tags, and your alt image tags.
Work on your backlinking. Leave comments on other sites so they link back to your blog post.
Check out the sites that are above you in the search rankings and see where they're doing their backlinking. You can do the same.
Conclusion - Sure it's extra work to go back and SEO your old posts. Pick the ones that are already getting traffic or are important to your brand and do a little or a lot to bring them up in the SERPs.
SEO
Start With Your Keyword Phrase, Then Write Your Post
Intro - Unless you're just blogging because you like to write for yourself, you want traffic. You want your share of the millions of people online. Before you even begin each post, think about how you can optimize it to catch search engine traffic.
Body - #1 Find the best keyword phrase to use in the post.
#2 Do an outline for your post and set up header (H1, H2) tags to include keywords.
#3 Write great content around the keyword phrase. Write for people but include the keywords in the first sentence and sprinkled throughout. Don't stuff it.
#4 Add relevant images, and include your keywords in the alt image tags.
#5 Do some internal linking.
Conclusion - It's often easier to start with your longtail phrase and then write your post. That way the phrase is naturally included in the URL, the header tags, and throughout your high quality content.
SEO
The Difference Between On Page SEO and Off Page SEO
Intro - If you've yet to jump into the SEO arena, you've probably got a few questions. I'm guessing your first question is about some terms you've heard about - On Page and Off Page.
Body - On Page: SEO on your site. Your keywords in the URL of your post, header tags, image tags, meta tags, internal linking, etc.

Conclusion - On page and off page SEO play important roles in bringing your site traffic. Implement both of them for best results.
SEO
Your Blog Needs A Keyword Plan

Write your blog posts and articles from your list of longtail keywords.
Use anchor text (which is your keyword phrase hyperlinked) to internally link to other pages within your blog.
Keep track of what you've done, which kw's you've used, which pages are linked to which, etc.
Conclusion - Picking the right keywords can mean a lot of search traffic coming your way. Optimize your content by getting organized and having a plan beforehand.
