Check list for Vessels prior to entering / operating within High Risk Area, excluding Gulf of Aden

At this stage requirement in Chapter 2 –Appendix 1 is implemented

3.2.1 - Requirement to be implemented in due time prior to Arrival High Risk Area

11	Keeping the Company updated with ETA / ETD to the boarder of the MSCHOA monitoring for vessel registration of movement to MSCHOA, as described in Chapter 7.
12	If the vessel has to pass Gulf of Aden during the voyage requirements for position reporting shall followed according to Chapter 8 / 8.5, if applicable

3.2.2 - Entering High Risk Area

3.2.3 - Within High Risk Area
