American pancakes

Ingredients:

One glass flour
Half a teaspoon of baking soda
Half teaspoon of baking powder
One spoon of sugar
One glass buttermilk
One egg
Two spoons of melted butter

Directions:

Mix together all loose ingredients in a bowl. Add buttermilk, egg and cool melted butter. Mix all ingredients for few minutes and set aside for 45 minutes in a warm place so the dough rise.
Fry small pancakes in hot pan without oil. Serve warm with fruit jam, chocolate cream or maple syrup if you have one.
