the following utilities can be executed at the console prompt:

benchmark [go string]

peform a benchmark using 16 positions

a UCI string may be appended...for example:

"benchmark go movetime 1000"

perft [n]

count a perft for the position to n moves

perft-check [n] [c]

count a perft for the position to n moves and ensure the answer is c

drawboard

draws a board with the current position

verify-triple [a] [b] [c] [d]

verify triple base positions
