RETAIL OUTLETS

Savi is preparing with Urbano the construction of app. 15,000-sqm shopping-service center in Baranów. The Savi Company from Żyrardów is planning the construction of a shopping-service center in Baranów near Kępno (Wielkopolskie Voivodeship). According to preliminary plans, a shopping center and a motel (with development areas of, respectively, 13,000 sqm and approx. 850 sqm),
a fuel station, a carwash, a gastronomy outlet and a parking lot for 284 vehicles will be built on an almost 4.3-hectare lot, located near the intersection of national roads number 39 and number 11. The investor recently entrusted the Urbano Company with preparing design works. ■

Eurostar Real Estate is interested in construction of shopping-service center in Nowy Targ. Marek Koźmiński from the Eurostar Real Estate Company from Krakow took part in the meeting of the committee for the economy and city budget of the city of Nowy Targ (Małopolskie Voivodeship). The topic of the session was the concept for the reconstruction of the PKS bus station on Tysiąclecia Avenue. The suggested enterprise would be carried in cooperation with the owner of the land, MPK Łódź, and would include the construction of a new bus station with a shopping gallery. Commencement of the investment would be contingent upon the possibility of using 50% of the space in the new complex for retail and service points.

The preliminary concept of the center was prepared for MPK Łódź by the PXM Projekt Południe workshop from Krakow. ■

Decathlon has purhased lot with area of 4 hectares in Szczawno-Zdrój. The Niebieski Dom Company from Krakow, which has capital ties to Decathlon Polska, has purchased for approx. 9 mln PLN a lot with an area of
4 hectares in Szczawno-Zdrój (Dolnośląskie Voivodeship) on Łączyńskiego Street, near the Tesco market. The investor does not currently want to reveal the details of the enterprise which will be built on the lot. ■

NOMI will build hypermarket with area of approx. 5,500 sqm in Turek. The NOMI chain is planning the construction of a “home and garden” type outlet in Turek (Wielkopolskie Voivodeship). The net area of the outlet, which will be built on Kaliska Street, near the Biedronka store, will reach approx. 5,500 sqm. According to our unofficial information, the investment will be designed by one of the workshops from Poznań. We will reveal the name in one of the upcoming issues. ■

Budrem is preparing construction of shopping center with area of approx. 5,000 sqm in Siedlce. Budrem from Ostrowiec is currently going through the process of obtaining permits for the construction of a shopping-service complex in Siedlce (Mazowieckie Voivodeship), in the area of Sokołowska and Żytnia streets. The enterprise will consist of the construction of two buildings with a total area of approx. 5,000 sqm (3,900 and 1,100 sqm each). ■

PBHT Leś will build PKS bus station in Brzesko with shopping gallery on approx. 1 hectare. The Leś Construction-Retail-Transport Corporation has purchased land with an area of almost 1 hectare located in the area of Solskiego and Powstańców Śląskich streets in Brzesko (Małopolskie Voivodeship). The property, with an area of almost 1 hectare, will be used for the construction of a bus station with retail-service facilities and a parking lot. Preliminary architectural assumptions were prepared by the Archisystem workshop from Krakow. ■

GC Investment is preparing construction of shopping center in Toruń. The GC Investment Company from Katowice is conducting administrative preparations connected with plans for developing a property in the area of Szosa Lubicka, Żółkiewskiego and Targowa streets in Toruń. The enterprise will consist of the construction of
a shopping-service center.

Let us recall that the property of the bankrupt Tormięs plant, located between Szosa Lubicka, Żółkiewskiego and Targowa streets, was purchased for approx. 40 mln PLN by the Libra Project Company. The multifunctional center, worth approx. 1 billion PLN, was prepared by APA Kuryłowicz. ■

ARAW is preparing construction of shopping-service complex with area of 15,000 sqm in Wrocław. The Agency for the Development of the Wrocław Metropolitan Area (Agencja Rozwoju Aglomeracji Wrocławskiej) is conducting preparations for the construction of
a merchants' shopping hall with an office-service section planned as a business incubator in the area of Namysłowska, Dolna and Jedności Narodowej streets. The area of the complex will reach approx. 15,000 sqm, while the cost of the enterprise is estimated at no more than
33 mln PLN. The works will be carried out using the “design and build” system. The following companies submitted bids in the previous tender procedure, annulled in early February: Tebodin SAP-Projekt, Miastoprojekt Wrocław, Wrocławskie Biuro Inwestorskie PZITB and Aceom. ■

Maxbud is planning construction of retail-office complex in Krzywaczka with area of 3,600 sqm. The Maxbud Ryszard Maślanka Corporation will be the investor and contractor of a retail-office complex in Krzywaczka (Małopolskie Voivodeship). The complex will consist of a 2-story office building with a usable area of 1,200 sqm and a retail hall (1,400 sqm). The enterprise should be completed by April 2011. ■

Hitech will build retail-service outlet with area of 2,200 sqm in Białystok. The Hitech Company is planning the construction of a 4-story retail-service outlet on Warsztatowa Street in Białystok. The design, prepared by the local Graf Piotr Kuczyński workshop, assumes the construction of a building with a usable area of 2,200 sqm, housing retail-service points, offices, apartments and underground garages. The investor is currently choosing the contractor of the shell of the building. ■

Biedronka is interested in construction of supermarket with area of 1,500 sqm in Józefów near Warsaw. Preparations for the construction of a retail outlet in the area of Wawerska, 3 Maja and Wyszyńskiego streets in Jozefów near Warsaw (Mazowieckie Voivodeship) are at the stage of obtaining administrative permits. The applicant, the owner of the property, wants to build
a market with an area of 1,500 sqm. The operator of retail space would be Biedronka. ■

ZRB Samołyk is preparing construction of Aldi supermarket in Dzierżoniów. Jerzy Samołyk, the owner of a historic tenement house on Krasickiego Street in Dzierżoniów, is preparing the revitalization of the outlet. Plans assume the disassembly of the outlet and the construction of a new building serving residential-service functions. The lot for the investment has an area of 1,100 sqm and the tenement house has an area of approx. 500 sqm. According to unofficial information, an Aldi chain market will be located on the ground floor. ■

PRODUCTION AND WAREHOUSE OUTLETS

Nowy Styl is preparing development of production complex in Jasło for 90 mln PLN. The Nowy Styl Company, a producer of furniture, is trying to change the boundaries of the sub-zone of the Tarnobrzeg Special Economic Zone in Jasło (Podkarpackie Voivodeship). The investor is planning to build another stage of a production complex on the property which has an area of over
14 hectares (the part belonging to Agro Styl). The cost of the enterprise is estimated at 90 mln PLN.

Let us recall that in 2008 BN Factory from the Nowy Styl Group carried out administrative procedures for
a production park with an area of 80,000 sqm. ■

Zelmer will build factory with area of 20,000 sqm in Rogoźnica near Rzeszów. Zelmer is preparing the construction of a production plant in Rogoźnica near Rzeszów. The complex will be built on a 6-hectare lot and its area will amount to 20,000 sqm. The cost of the enterprise is estimated at 45 mln PLN. The company is currently seeking the contractor of the investment, which would carry out procedures using the “design and build” formula. ■

Customs Chamber in Przemyśl is preparing construction of 12,000-sqm logistics center in Krówniki. The Customs Chamber in Przemyśl is planning the construction of a logistics center in Krówniki near Przemyśl (Podkarpackie Voivodeship). The investment will consist of outlets with a total area of 12,000 sqm. The design of the investment is being prepared by the MWM Architekci workshop. ■

HMP will build production plant with area of 9,500 sqm in Dzierżoniów. The HMP Hanna-Bonkantner-Parada Company has applied to the City Council of Dzierżoniów (Dolnośląskie Voivodeship) for establishing the conditions for the construction of a plant producing cardboard panels. The enterprise on Strefowa Street will consist of an outlet with an area of over 9,500 sqm. The company has already purchased over 2.6 hectares of land in WSSE Invest-Park. Declared investment expenditure should amount to approx. 20 mln PLN and the plant will employ 50 people. ■

Ganz will build production plant with area of 8,000 sqm in Chojnice. Ganz Polska is building, as general contractor for the Seko Company, a production plant in Chojnice (Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship). The investment, which was designed by Jan Belzerowski workshop, will include the construction of outlets with an area of 8,000 sqm. The enterprise should be completed at the turn of September and October of this year. The cost of the construction and equipping of the factory will reach 36 mln PLN, including 10.8 mln PLN from EU subsidies. ■

W-support.pl will build production plant in Wrocław for 35.5 mln PLN. Several weeks ago the company “w-support.pl” obtained permission for commencing an investment in the Wrocław Special Economic Zone Invest-Park. The company purchased an undeveloped property with an area of 4 hectares, where it will build a plant repairing telecommunication devices for 35.5 mln PLN. Declared employment will reach 41 people.

The company Telleborg Automotive Poland recently received permission for commencing an investment in WSSE Invest-Park. The company will open (for 0.5 mln PLN) a new production line of rubber hoses for automobile cooling and air-conditioning systems. ■

IZNS is preparing construction of production plant in Iława. IZNS (Iława Automobile Production Plant) is trying to obtain an EU subsidy of more than a dozen million PLN for the construction of a new factory. The company is planning to move its production complex from downtown Iława into the outskirts of the city and to sell the property it currently has on Grunwaldzka Street. Piotr Szafran, chairman of IZNS, has not commeted on information concerning the work schedule of the investment. ■

Atlas Ward will build hall with area of 6,000 sqm for FM Wójcik in Elbląg. Atlas Ward has signed contract for the supply and assembly of halls for the Wójcik Furniture Factory in Elbląg (Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodeship). The investment will include the construction of a plant producing furniture, with an area of 6,000 sqm. The company from Wrocław is currently also building
a furniture production plant with an area of 6,000 sqm. The company from Wrocław is also building an outlet for the Stalbau Company. A communal waste sorting plant with an area of 1,500 sqm will be built in Jastrzębie Zdrój. ■

Besta has commences construction of warehouse with area of 3,200 sqm in Ożarów Mazowiecki. Besta from Rzeszów has recently begun, as general contractor, the construction of a service-warehouse center of the Wacker Neuson Company on Poznańska Street in Ożarów Mazowiecki near Warsaw. The outlet, with an area of 3,200 sqm, will be built according to a design prepared by EM Jednacz Architekci. ■

Vox Industrie is preparing development by 3,200 sqm of production plant in Janikowo. Vox Industrie has commenced preliminary administrative procedures connected with plans for the development of a furniture production plant in Janikowo near Poznań (Wielkopolskie Voivodeship). The investment will include the disassembly of three halls with a total area of 1,100 sqm and the construction of two outlets, with areas of 1,200 sqm and 2,000 sqm, in their place. The investor has currently suspended administrative procedures at the local magistrate. ■

Authorities of Myślenice are preparing construction of Waste Utilization Plant for almost 26 mln PLN. In April ZUO (Waste Utilization Plant) in Myślenice (Małopolskie Voivodeship) will announce a tender procedure for building a complex on Ujejskiego Street. The enterprise will consist of the construction of a multifunctional hall with a cubature of approx. 50,000 meters3, a warehouse for storing hazardous waste, a storage area with an area of approx. 1.6 hectares and social-office facilities. The investment, which will cost approx. 25.8 mln PLN gross, will be completed within 26 months. ■

Deerfos will build production plant on 0.5 hectare in Miękinia. At the end of last year the Korean company Deerfos purchased a property in Miękinia near Wrocław. The company is planning to develop a lot with an area of approx. 0.5 hectare with a new production hall which will produce abrasive materials. Declared employment should reach 100 people. ■

The Gibowski Company will build production plant on 2 hectares in Września. The Gibowski Company,
a producer of candles, has received permission for purchasing a property with an area of 2 hectares in the Wałbrzych Special Economic Zone Invest-Park in Września (Wielkopolskie Voivodeship). The investor is planning to build a production plant employing
20 employees for 3.3 mln PLN. ■

OFFICE BUILDINGS

ATM has applied for permission for construction of Center of Innovation for over 321 mln PLN in Warsaw. ATM has applied to the magistrate of Warsaw with administrative applications for the construction of the Center of Innovation in the area of Jubilerska and Grochowska streets in the district of Praga Południe. Last year the company received a subsidy of 72.3 mln PLN for an investment, which has a total cost exceeding 321 mln PLN. The enterprise will include the construction
of a complex of laboratory-office outlet with regards
to telecommunication and informatics technologies
and the development of the ATMAN-Grochowska Telecommunication Center. The project will be carried out over the period 2010-2015. The investor's plenipotentiary during the administrative proceedings is Tomasz Grochulski. ■

AMC Chołdzyński is preparing design of office complex in Warsaw for Pro Urba. Preparations of the Spanish ProUrba Company for the construction of the Kaleidoscope complex, at the junction of Towarowa and Prosta streets in Warsaw, are at the stage of preparing the new development concept. Preliminary assumptions include the construction of two buildings, with heights of 53 and 23 stories, to be used as office and retail-service space. Let us recall that the previous version of the investment assumed the construction of an apartment complex with an area of approx. 50,000 sqm. ■

Instal Kraków is preparing construction of office-hotel-conference complex with area of 16,000 sqm in Krakow. Instal Kraków has applied to the magistrate of Kraków for establishing the possibilities of developing a property located in the area of Brandla and Rybitwy streets in the district of Podgórze. The planned investment will include the disassembly of existing industrial outlets and the construction of a complex consisting of three outlets with
a development area of 6,500 sqm and a height of four stories. The usable area of the center will reach 12,800 sqm, while the total area will be approx. 16,000 sqm. The buildings will be used as a hotel, office buildings and commerce. ■

Fadbet will soon begin construction of office-service center with area of 4,200 sqm in Białystok. In the second quarter of this year Fadbet will begin works on the construction of an office-service center on Stołeczna Street in Białystok (Podlaskie Voivodeship). The enterprise will consist of the construction of a three-story building with
a total area of approx. 4,200 sqm. The schedule will depend on progress with regards to the commercialization of the outlet. ■

GPBP will modernize office building with area of 3,200 sqm in Chorzów for ERA Corporation for 12.7 mln PLN. GPBP has acquired a general contracting order from the ERA Corporation for the modernization and addition of
a superstructure to an office building located on Katowicka Street in Chorzów (Śląskie Voivodeship). The gross value of the contract exceeds 12.7 mln PLN. Works on the investment, designed by the Archidea workshop, will begin on March 25 and take 1 year. After it is completed, the outlet will have an area of 3,200 sqm and a cubature of 14,400 meters3. ■

Authorities of Gdynia are seeking contractor of office-laboratory complex with area of 62,400 sqm. The deadline for submitting bids with a deposit of 2 mln PLN for the general contracting of Pomorski Park of Science-Technology in Gdynia-Redłowo on Zwycięstwa Avenue passes on April 19. Plans include the construction of
a conference-exhibition center with an area of 19,900 sqm and an office-laboratory outlet (42,600 sqm). The design of the investment, which would cost over 200 mln PLN, was prepared by AEC Polska. The contract engineer will be Tebodin SAP-Projekt. The enterprise works will take 26 months. ■

WORD in Krosno is preparing construction of office-training complex on 13 hectares. WORD Traffic Education Center in Krosno is currently obtaining permits for the construction of an office-training complex in Moderówka (Podkarpackie Voivodeship). At the end of last year the Sejmik of the Marshall's Office of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship agreed for to purchase by WORD of a property with an area of over 13 hectares for approx. 1 mln PLN. The enterprise will consist of the construction of a training-administrative building, garage outlets, maneuvering yards, parking lots and access roads. ■

Authorities of Stalowa Wola are seeking contractor of educational complex with area of over 7,500 sqm. The authorities of Stalowa Wola (Podkarpackie Voivodeship) have announced a tender procedure with a deposit of 300,000 PLN and a deadline for submitting bids set for April 23 for the construction of the Intercollegiate Library on Popiełuszki Street. The works should be completed by August 31, 2012. The design of the complex, with a total area of over 7,500 sqm, was prepared by APP Dom from Rzeszów. ■

University of Life Sciences in Poznań is seeking contractor of teaching complex with area of 7,200 sqm. Bids with a tender deposit of 500,000 PLN for the general contracting of the building of Biocentrum on Dojazd Street in Poznań are being accepted until April 30. The enterprise, being carried out for the University of Life Sciences, will be completed by the end of 2011.

The outlet will house the schools of Biochemistry, Plant Genetics and Agriculture and will have a usable area of 7,200 sqm and a cubature of 45,000 meters3. The cost of the investment, designed by the local Pro-Invest workshop, has been estimated at 35 mln PLN, including 25 mln PLN coming from EU funds. ■

Dorbud wants to build laboratory-office-production complex KPT in Kielce for 38.6 mln PLN. Dorbud has submitted the lowest from among 13 bids in a tender procedure for the general contracting of the Kielce Park of Technology on Olszewskiego Street in Kielce. The company wants to receive almost 38.6 mln PLN for the construction of an office outlet with a production section. Other bidders taking part in the procedure include: Pol-Aqua - Spurek (38.7 mln PLN), Mirbud (39.7 mln PLN), EB Mitex (43.8 mln PLN), Budus (43.8 mln PLN), Skanska (44.7 mln PLN), Budimex (46.2 mln PLN), ABD FDO (51.2 mln PLN), Condite (51.5 mln PLN), Polimex-Mostostal (51.8 mln PLN), Warbud (53.1 mln PLN), Mostostal Warszawa (54.2 mln PLN) and Erbud (60.3 mln PLN).

The contract should be signed in early April and the works should take 20 months. The design of the enterprise was prepared by AMD and Ekobud. The contract engineer will be Inwestprojekt Świętokrzyski.

Bids will be opened on March 20 in the tender procedure for the development of the Incubator of Technology located near the “Chemar” office building. The cost of the investment, designed by AMD, is estimated at approx. 15 mln PLN. ■

Politechnika Lubelska is seeking contractor of laboratory-teaching outlet with area of 21,000 sqm. Lublin University of Technology (Politechnika Lubelska) has announced a tender procedure for the general contracting of the Center for Innovation and Advanced Technologies at 38D Nadbystrzycka Street. The planned enterprise, whose documentation was prepared by the AMC Andrzej Chołdzyński workshop from Warsaw, will include the construction on a 3.6-hectare lot of a 5-story outlet with a net area of 20,900 sqm (13,500 sqm of usable space). Bids with a tender deposit of 1.5 mln PLN are being accepted until April 26. The investment will be completed on November 30, 2012. The cost of the investment is estimated at approx. 75 mln PLN gross. ■

Raczyńscy Library is seeking contractor of outlet with cubature of 44,700 meters3 in Poznań. Bids with a tender deposit of 1 mln PLN for the development of the Raczyńscy Library on Wolności Square in Poznań are being accepted until April 26. The enterprise, being supervised by Grontmij, will consist of the construction, according to a design prepared by JEMS Architekci, of an outlet with a total area of 11,700 sqm and a cubature of 44,700 meters3. The investment will cost 112.8 mln PLN gross and its completion should take 18 months. ■

Welbud will build seat of City Guard with area of approx. 2,000 sqm in Katowice. The authorities of Katowice have chosen the bid submitted by the Welbud Corporation in a tender procedure for the general contracting of the first stage of the seat of the City Guard on Żelazna Street. The enterprise, designed by the Fulbet workshop, will include the construction of a 3-story outlet with a usable area of 1,800 sqm and a utility building
(150 sqm). The order should be completed by the end of August 2011. ■

Budoimpex will develop teaching outlet in Mielec for 8.2 mln PLN. The authorities of the district of Mielec (Podkarpackie Voivodeship) have entrusted Budoimpex with a contract worth 8.2 mln PLN gross for the modernization and development of the Special School-Education Center on Królowej Jadwigi Street. The works are being carried out on the basis of documentation prepared by the W.J. Jurasz workshop and will include outlets with an area of approx. 4,500 sqm and a cubature of 24,700 meters3. The task will be completed in August 2011. ■

Stanbud will build teaching complex in Pałecznica with cubature of 13,400 meters3. The authorities of the commune of Pałecznica (Małopolskie Voivodeship) have chosen a bid submitted by the Stanbud Company in
a tender procedure for the general contracting of the Educational Center. The order will include the construction of a 3-level school with a usable area of 2,900 sqm and
a cubature of 13,600 meters3 as well as the reconstruction of the existing gymnasium. The investment, designed by Inwestprojekt Świętokrzyski, should be completed by June 30, 2011. ■

Arch workshop will design office building in Bielsko-Biała with cubature of 11,000 meters3. Magdalena Komusińska's Arch workshop has won a tender procedure for preparing documentation for the adaptation of a historic building on Ratuszowy Square, for the purposes of the City Council of Bielsko-Biała. Plans include the modernization of a 100-year-old outlet with a usable area of 3,100 sqm and a cubature of 11,100 meters3. Design works should be completed within 3 months. ■

HOUSING INVESTMENTS

Budbaum is preparing construction of residential-retail complex with area of 28,000 sqm in Warsaw. Budbaum Development has applied to the magistrate of Warsaw for permission for the construction of a residential-retail complex on Kinowa Street in the district of Praga Południe. The investment will be carried out on the basis of the existing Kamionek shopping-cultural center. The owner of the outlet, SM Waszyngtona Housing Cooperative, is
a partner in the enterprise. A building with a residential area of 20,000 sqm and a retail-service area of approx. 8,000 sqm will be put to use. The outlet will also have an underground parking garage. ■

Ciroko has commenced construction of Polnord complex with usable area of 44,000 sqmm in Szczecin. The construction of the “Ku Słońcu” residential complex in Szczecin began this week in Szczecin, in the area of Ku Słońcu and Kwiatowa streets. Polnord, which is the developer of the investment, has entrusted the local Ciroko Company with the function of general contractor of the investment.

A complex of outlets, with a height of 6 stories and with 790 units (including 30 retail-service units) and a total area of approx. 44,000 sqm and underground garages for over 700 vehicles, will be built on an almost 3.8-hectare lot, purchased three years ago from Egmont Consulting for 35.6 mln PLN. The investment will be carried out in three stages by 2012. The first stage will include the construction of 217 apartment units, which should be completed by the end of October 2011. ■

Gant will build apartment building with usable area of app. 12,000 sqm in Wrocław, according to design by Walas. Gant Development has purchased from RE Investment, for approx. 6.9 million PLN, shares in a goal-oriented company established to build the Odra Tower complex in Wrocław. The investor has hired the company Walas to develop new architectural guidelines. According to the preliminary concept, the building in the area of Sikorskiego and Podwale streets is going to have a usable area of approx. 12,000 sqm, taken up mostly by flats and service premises. The company is awaiting the construction permit. The cost of the investment is going to amount to approx.
75 million PLN.

Let us recall that the previous architectural concept, developed by Krakow based office IMB Asymetria, anticipated the construction of an apartment-service complex with approx. 30 stories. ■

SM Osada will build in Wrocław residential complex with app. 500 flats according to design by Studio A+R. Osada Housing Cooperative (Spółdzielnia Mieszkaniowa Osada, SM Osada) has applied to Wrocław municipality for administrative consents regarding the construction of
a residential complex on Kminkowa Street. The investment will comprise the construction, in several stages, of five multi-family buildings with approx. 500 flats with an area of 30,000 sqm, with additional 8,000 sqm of service premises and 350 spaces in the underground parking lots. The design of the complex has been prepared by Wojciech Jarząbek from the Studio A+R office. The first building should be put into use in the 4th quarter of 2011. ■

CRH will build residential complex with approx.
200 flats in Lublin. In June, the company CRH Żagiel is planning to begin works on the modernization of the former Polonia hotel on Pogodna St. in Lublin. The company has purchased the building, along with the land plot having an area of approx. 1 hectare, for the realization of a residential complex. The 1st stage is going to comprise the adaptation of a hotel for the purposes of a building with 96 flats. The second stage is going to comprise the construction of a building with an area of 5,300 sqm, and approx. 100 flats, in the vicinity. ■

MAK Dom will build residential complex in Lublin according to design by GPA. The company Mak Dom is holding preparations for the development of land plots with a total area of approx. 1 hectare on Lwowska St. in Lublin. The investment is going to comprise the construction of two ten-story multi-family buildings with a shopping-service pavilion. The design of the investment has been prepared by the Gurbiel Pracownia Architektoniczna office. Mak-Dom has already acquired WZiZT (building development conditions). ■

Inwestprojekt Świętokrzyski will design residential complex with 220 flats in Krakow for SM Śnieżka. Spółdzielnia Mieszkaniowa Śnieżka housing cooperative has hired Inwestprojekt Świętokrzyski to carry out architectural works on the construction of a complex of residential buildings on Malachitowa St. in Krakow. The investment is going to comprise the construction, on

Warbud will finish construction of 1st stage of residential complex with 141 flats in Poznań for Echo. On 22nd March, Warbud announced that they had signed
a contract with Echo Investment concerning the general contracting of the first building at the “Kasztanowa Aleja” residential complex on Wojskowa St. in Poznań. The contract, worth 20.7 million PLN gross, is not going to include the general structure and the underground (garage) part, carried out two years ago by Weko Prof.

The works, which are to be finalized by July of next year, are going to comprise the construction of a building with 141 flats and usable areas between 37 and 94 sqm (over 8,600 sqm in total). The complex, designed by Poznań based Studio Lisiak, is going to have another building like this one. ■

Unibep begins construction of residential building with 117 flats in Warsaw for Prestige. Unibep has been chosen general contractor of a residential building for the company Prestige on Dalanowska St. in Warsaw-Targówek. The investment is going to comprise the construction of
a 6-story building with 117 flats with usable areas between 38 and 177 sqm. The building, designed by the Dedeco office, is to be put into use in the 3rd quarter of 2011. ■

Blokpol is constructing residential building with 95 flats in Wrocław for Inkom. Przedsiębiorstwo Budowlane “Blokpol” is building, as general contractor, the Wojszycka Enklawa II residential complex on Klasztorna St. in Wrocław. The investment, the developer of which is the company Inkom, is going to comprise the construction of
a 4-story complex with 95 flats having areas between 33 and 106 sqm. The investment is to be finalized this December. ■

Inwestprojekt Lublin will design multi-family complex with 124 flats. Inwestprojekt Lublin has won a tender, issued by Lublin based “Nowy Dom” Social Housing Association (TBS Nowy Dom), concerning the development of documentation for a complex of multi-family buildings No. 8, 9 and 10 on Zygmunta Augusta Street. The investment is going to comprise the construction of three 4-story buildings with 124 flats and
a total usable area of 5,400 sqm. Architectural works worth 305,000 PLN gross are to be carried out by the end of this July. ■

Unibep will build residential complex with 105 flats in Oława. In April, the consortium with Unibep is going to sign a contract with the authorities of Oława (Dolnośląskie Voivodeship) concerning the construction of two residential buildings according to the public-private partnership formula.

The investment is going to comprise the design and construction of buildings with 105 flats in the area of Zaciszna St. The consortium partner is going to be the company Saritor Bravo, who will manage the administration of the complex. ■

Inkom is planning construction of residential complex with area of 3,200 sqm in Wrocław. The company Inkom is preparing the construction of a multi-family complex on Skarbowców St. in Wrocław. The investment, the documentation of which has been prepared by the local office Graficom, is going to comprise the construction of
a 5-story building with 52 flats and 4 service premises and a total usable area of 3,200 sqm. The construction works are to begin this year in May. ■

Trio-Development is preparing construction of multi-family complex with 66 flats in Józefosław. Trio Development is planning the construction of a multi-family building on Geodetów Street in Józefosław near Warsaw. The seven above-ground stories are going to be taken up by 66 flats with areas between 57 and 130 sqm. The contractor of the investment is currently being chosen. The construction of the complex, the documentation of which has been prepared by Pracownia Projektowa MA Marek Mieszkowski office, is to begin this May and should be finalized in the 4th quarter of 2011. ■

Olbud begins construction of residential building in Ząbki near Warsaw for AW Inwest. AW Inwest has begun the construction of the Kopernik residential building on Kopernika St. in Ząbki near Warsaw. The investment is going to comprise the construction of a building with 45 flats and an underground garage. The general contracting has been entrusted to Olbud, and the architectural design has been prepared by the DC Projekt office. ■

Plaan will design residential complex with 60 flats in Miasteczko Śląskie. Pracownia Projektowa Plaan office has won architectural contest issued by the Inter-Communal Social Housing Association (MTBS) in Tarnowskie Góry concerning the development of a concept for a residential complex in the area of Białego St. in Miasteczko Śląskie (Śląskie Voivodeship). The investment is to comprise the construction of four 3-story buildings with 60 flats in total. ■

Henpol will build residential building with usable area of approx. 2,400 sqm in Gdańsk for Holdpark. Łukasz Grab from Agencja PR RO Media has informed PREM that Lublin based Henpol has signed a contract for general contracting of an apartment building on Piotrkowska St. in Gdańsk. The construction of the building, with 24 flats and a usable area of nearly 2,400 sqm, has been ordered by Warsaw based Holdpark. The works will be completed at the end of this year.

Henpol has also acquired a contract from KPI Retail concerning the realization of finishing and adaptation works in the interiors of the Menolly Nowe Powiśle building in Warsaw. The building will be refitted for the purposes of a Bentley car salon. ■

Kombud will erect multi-family building with 48 flats in Rawa Mazowiecka. Kombud has won a tender issued by Rawa Mazowiecka (Łódzkie Voivodeship) based Social Housing Association (TBS) concerning the general contracting of a 3-story building with 48 flats on Tomaszowska St. The construction of the building with an area of 3,400 sqm and cubature of 12,800 meters3 and designed by Budrem, is to take 18 months. ■

Pol-Rem will build, for 6.2 million PLN, residential building with 48 flats in Myszków. Przedsiębiorstwo Wielobranżowe Pol-Rem has offered the lowest price
(6.2 million PLN gross) in a tender, issued by Myszków (Śląskie Voivodeship) based Social Housing Association (TBS), concerning the general contracting of a residential building on Sucharskiego Street. The contract concerns the construction of a building with 48 flats and a usable area of 2,500 sqm within a period of 15 months. ■

HOTELS AND ENTERTAINMENT CENTERS

West Real Estate will build four-star hotel with
120 rooms in Wrocław. West Real Estate is preparing the construction of a four-star hotel of the Best Western chain in Wrocław, by National Road No. 5. The plans anticipate the construction of a 6-7-story building with approx.
120 rooms, a conference center, SPA & Wellness, and restaurant facilities. Works on the design of the investment are currently in progress (the architect's name has not been revealed), and the procedure of choosing the contractor is to begin at the end of May.

Let us recall that West Real Estate is also going to build a hotel with 108 rooms in Barcinek. ■

Condohotels will build hotel complex with over
150 rooms in Ostróda. Condohotels (subsidiary of Ostródzkie Przedsiębiorstwo Budowlane) is planning the construction of a hotel at Drwęckie Lake, by the municipal beach in Ostróda (Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodeship). The plans anticipate the construction of a four- or five-star hotel with a usable area of 16,200 sqm, with 153 rooms and apartments, swimming pool, SPA center and restaurant facilities. The complex, designed by Kalisz based office Nowak & Pogonowski, is to be completed before EURO 2012 and serve as a lodging center for its participants. ■

Pałac Jugowice will build four-star hotel with 30 rooms. Pałac Jugowice Company is planning the adaptation of
a historical building under the same name in the Walim commune (Dolnośląskie Voivodeship) for the purposes of
a four-star hotel. The investment, the cost of which is estimated at 10 million PLN, is going to comprise the construction of a hotel with 30 rooms, a complex of conference rooms and a SPA center. The procedure of choosing the general contractor of the investment, the works of which should be completed in the 3rd quarter of next year, is going to begin within the next month. ■

Teem-Bud begins construction of three-star hotel in Brzesko. Krakow based company Teem-Bud has begun, as general contractor, the construction of a hotel on Mickiewicza Street in Brzesko (Małopolskie Voivodeship). The investment is going to comprise the construction of
a three-star hotel with restaurant and recreation facilities (including a bowling alley). The design of the investment has been prepared by the Archistudio office. We have not been able to find out the name of the complex's investor. ■

PHG will extend Hotel Cieplice in Jelenia Góra for approx. 8.5 million PLN. Przedsiębiorstwo Hotelarsko-Gastronomiczne Chata has acquired an EU subsidy for the modernization and extension of the Cieplice Hotel in Jelenia Góra (Dolnośląskie Voivodeship). The cost of the investment will amount to approx. 8.5 million PLN. Currently, the three-star hotel has approx. 140 beds. The investment will comprise increasing this number to
198 and the construction of e.g. a sanatorium part with SPA facilities and an 18 meter long swimming pool. The hotel will be added to the list of hotels which will accommodate football players from teams participating in EURO 2012. ■

Bimaco and Albaco will build, for 10.6 million PLN, hotel-conference complex with 31 rooms in Czeszów. The consortium of companies Bimaco Leszek Idzik and PPB Albaco has won a tender for the reconstruction of the burned-down mill in Czeszów (Dolnośląskie Voivodeship) for the purposes of a hotel with conference-recreation facilities. The value of the contract, ordered by Wrocławskie Przedsiębiorstwo Projektowania i Realizacji Budownictwa BLU88, is going to amount to 10.6 million PLN gross.

The investment is to comprise the construction of
a complex named “Niezły Młyn”, with usable area of 2,100 sqm and cubature of 8,300 meters3, and 31 rooms. Completion of the investment is to take 24 months. ■

ABM Solid wants to build PWSZ sports-recreation complex in Tarnów for over 42.9 million PLN. Seven offers have been submitted in a tender issued by the State Higher Vocational School (PWSZ) in Tarnów concerning the contracting of the Health Care Institute complex. The lowest price for the works - over 42.9 million PLN gross - has been offered by ABM Solid. Other participants of the tender are Polimex-Mostostal (43.4 million PLN), Skanska (47.7 million PLN), Mostostal-Warszawa (47.8 million PLN), Chemobudowa (48.4 million PLN), Warbud
(50.8 million PLN) and Strabag (54.2 million PLN).

The investment will comprise the construction of
a complex of buildings with an area of 17,000 sqm and cubature of 81,000 meters3, including a sports hall,
a 25 meter long swimming pool and a teaching section for the students of nursing, physiotherapy and physical education. The works are to be carried out within a period of 26 months. The architectural design worth over
1.5 million PLN has been prepared by Kielce based Archbud. ■

PM Group offers lowest price in tender for substitute investor of Termy Cieplickie complex in Jelenia Góra. Eleven offers have been submitted in a tender issued by the authorities of Jelenia Góra concerning the substitute investor for the construction of the complex named Termy Cieplickie - Dolnośląskie Centrum Rekreacji Wodnej (Water Recreation Center). The lowest price for the contract works - over 603,900 PLN - has been offered by PM Group. Other participants of the tender are ECM Group (668,500 PLN), Archipol (669,100 PLN), Ekocentrum (683,200 PLN), Grontmij (686,800 PLN), Bud-Invent (699,000 PLN), Komplet Inwest (915,000 PLN), Tebodin SAP-Projekt (993,000 PLN), AECOM (1.04 million PLN), Miastoprojekt Wrocław (1.07 million PLN) and Wrocławskie Biuro Inwestorskie (1.07 million PLN).

The complex, planned in the area of Cervi and Podgórzyńska streets on the basis of a design by Gliwice based company MWM, is going to be comprised of
a complex of swimming pools with the 25 meter main pool, and rehabilitation and restaurant premises. The funds assigned for the investment amount to 37 million PLN. The center is to be put into use in 2011. ■

Sosak i Sosak will design, for 921,000 PLN, hospital buildings with area of 11,000 sqm in Wysokie Mazowieckie. Olsztyn based architectural office Sosak i Sosak has acquired a contract worth 921,000 PLN gross concerning the development of a design for the extension and modernization of General Hospital buildings on Szpitalna St. in Wysokie Mazowieckie (Podlaskie Voivodeship). The investment, the cost of which is estimated at 32 million PLN, comprises the construction of a new pavilion with
a usable area of 5,000 sqm, including the Surgery Suite, Central Sterilization Room, Surgery Ward and Hospital Emergency Ward, as well as the modernization of the existing building 6,200 sqm). Completion of the contract is to take 5 months. ■

Kalisz authorities seek architect for Radiotherapy Center for 30 million PLN. Department for City Development and Investments (WRMiI) in Kalisz (Wielkopolskie Voivodeship) has issued an architectural contest for the development of a concept for Radiotherapy Center at the Ludwik Perzyny Voivodeship General Hospital at 7 Toruńska Street. The complex will be comprised of 2 accelerator bunkers with background facilities and a total usable area of 1,200 sqm, Oncology Ward (900 sqm), diagnostics section (400 sqm) and
a hostel for patients (500 sqm). The cost of the construction works on the investment is estimated at over 30 million PLN gross.

Applications regarding admission to the contest will be collected until 7th April. The winner will be invited to negotiations concerning the development of detailed documentation for the investment, and the remaining participants will receive awards with a total value of 30,000 PLN. ■

Voivodeship General Hospital in Szczecin seeks contractor for complex for 50 million PLN. 28th April is the deadline for submitting offers with a deposit of 300,000 PLN concerning the construction of the Treatment Center with beds section at the Independent Public Voivodeship General Hospital at 4 Arkońska St. in Szczecin. The contract concerns modernization and extension of the L segment from a total area of 4,200 sqm and cubature of 14,500 meters3 to an area of 4,700 sqm and cubature of 16,300 meters3, as well as modernization of section M (7,400 sqm, 32,900 meters3).

The cost of the investment, being supervised by Dom Inżynierski “Promis” together with Przedsiębiorstwo Eko-Inwest, is estimated at approx. 50 million PLN. Completion of the investment, designed by Biuro Studiów i Projektów Służby Zdrowia, is going to take 42 months. ■

GPBP wins tender for extension of swimming pool in Żory for over 19 million PLN. The offer made by Gliwickie Przedsiębiorstwo Budownictwa Przemysłowego (GPBP), with the price of over 19.1 million PLN gross, has been chosen by the authorities of Żory (Śląskie Voivodeship) from among 11 bids in a tender for the extension of the roofed swimming pool on Wodzisławska St. The investment, designed by Gliwice based architectural office Bud Serwis, is going to include the construction of SPA center, slides and a wading pool with an artificial river. ■

PWSZ is planning construction of sports-education complex with area of 4,000-5,000 sqm in Sanok. Until the end of March, Jan Grodek State Higher Vocational School (PWSZ) in Sanok (Podkarpackie Voivodeship) will be collecting offers with a deposit of 6,000 PLN concerning the design of a sports-teaching center on Żwirki i Wigury Street. The plans anticipate the construction of
a sports hall with the arena sized 24 x 45 m and seats for 300 spectators, as well as a teaching-library section with
a lecture hall for 250 people. The usable area of the complex, which is going to be situated on a land plot with an area of 0.9 hectare, is going to amount to 4,000-4,800 sqm. Completion of the contract is going to take 440 days. ■

Voivodeship Hospital No. 2 seeks contractor for building with cubature of 20,100 meters3 in Rzeszów. Until 6th May, Św. Jadwigi Królowej Voivodeship Hospital No. 2 in Rzeszów will be collecting offers with a deposit of 500,000 PLN concerning the general contracting of the Hospital Emergency Ward on Armii Krajowej Street. The planned investment comprises the construction of
a building with a usable area of 4,600 sqm and cubature of 20,100 meters3, as well as an access trestle for ambulances. Completion of the contract, the cost of which is estimated at over 40 million PLN gross, is to take 19 months. ■

Museum of Polish Nobility preparing revitalization
of castle complex in Ciechanów for 11.6 million PLN.
In the next few weeks, the Museum of Polish Nobility (Muzeum Szlachty Polskiej) should issue a tender for revitalization works at the Mazowsze Princes Castle complex in Ciechanów (Mazowieckie Voivodeship). The investment, which has received a subsidy from EU funds, is going to consume approx. 11.6 million PLN. The design of the investment has been prepared by the architect Marek Kleczkowski. ■

Winnicki will modernize, for over 8.8 million PLN, historical complex in Żyrardów. The authorities of Żyrardów (Mazowieckie Voivodeship) have hired the company Winnicki to carry out modernization works on the revalorization of historical buildings of the so-called Resursa (social club) and Skittle Alley and adapting them for cultural and artistic purposes. The value of the contract will amount to over 8.8 million PLN net, and the total cost of the project, co-financed with EU funds, is estimated at over 14.8 million PLN. The works should be finalized in March 2011. ■

Sierakowice authorities are preparing construction of Kaszuby Medical Center for 17 million PLN. The authorities of the Sierakowice commune (Pomorskie Voivodeship) have acquired a subsidy for the extension project of the communal health center. The investment, named Kaszuby Medical Center (Kaszubskie Centrum Medyczne), is going to include the construction of a new two-story building with an area of 2,500 sqm, and modernization of the existing building with an area of nearly 1,000 sqm. The cost of the investment will amount to over 17 million PLN. The contract engineer is going to be the Lębork based company Duet. ■

Inco will design construction of cultural center in Katowice, worth approx. 10 million PLN. Gliwice based architectural office Inco has won a contest for the modernization design of the tenement house at 10 Mariacka Street in Katowice for the purposes of a cultural center. The three-story building is to undergo modernization and have another story added. After the works worth approx. 10 million PLN are completed, the building is going to include a music salon and club, and restaurant facilities. ■

DeS will carry out, for 9.8 million PLN, modernization of castle complex in Pszczyna. Firma Budowlano-Konserwatorska DeS has won a tender for the renovation of the castle complex on Basztowa St. in Pszczyna (Śląskie Voivodeship). The value of the contract, ordered by the city authorities, is going to amount to 9.8 million PLN gross. The works, based on documentation prepared by Jacek and Szymon Wróblewscy's Zakład Ogólnobudowlany, will be carried out in buildings with an area of 4,200 sqm. They are to be finalized by 20th December 2011. ■

Włoszakowice and Jarocin authorities seek contractors of sports halls. Until 1st April, the authorities of the Włoszakowice commune (Wielkopolskie Voivodeship) will be collecting offers with a deposit of 100,000 PLN concerning the construction of a sports hall. The plans comprise the construction of a 2-story building with the hall having an area of 1,200 sqm and seats for 260 people, on the basis of the design by the MP Project Mirosław Pacek office. Contract works are to be finalized by 30th April 2012.

The authorities of Jarocin (Wielkopolskie Voivodeship) are also conducting the procedure of choosing the general contractor of a sports hall at the High Schools Complex No. 2 at 2 Franciszkańska Street. The investment, which is to be finalized by 30th June 2011, will comprise the construction of a hall with an area of 2,000 sqm and cubature of 19,000 meters3. ■

GKS Stoczniowiec seeks contractor for modernization of sports hall with area of 4,700 sqm. Until 30th March, Gdański Klub Sportowy “Stoczniowiec” sports club will be collecting offers with a deposit of 300,000 PLN concerning the modernization of the roof of Olivia Hall at 470 Grunwaldzka Avenue in Gdańsk. The works will be carried out in the building with a usable area of 4,700 sqm. Completion of the investment is to take 140 days. ■

WZMP seeks contractor for modernization and extension of building with area of 1,500 sqm. Voivodeship Industrial Medicine Complex (Wojewódzki Zespół Medycyny Przemysłowej) has issued a tender for the modernization of a complex on Piłsudskiego Av. The task will comprise the overhaul of a building with a usable area of 900 sqm and cubature of 4,200 meters3 and its extension by 600 sqm. Offers with a deposit of 200,000 PLN will be collected until 8th April. Works on the investment, the documentation of which has been prepared by the local architectural office Pracownia Orchidea, are to be completed by the end of February 2012. ■

INFRASTRUCTURE INVESTMENTS

GDDKiA seeks architect for 72 km of S7 road from Płońsk to border of Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodeship. Warsaw Division of the General Management of National Roads and Motorways (GDDKiA) has issued a tender for the development of documentation for the extension of National Road No. 7 to meet the parameters of an expressway, between Płońsk (Mazowieckie Voivodeship) and the border of the Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodeship. Offers with a deposit of 340,000 PLN will be collected until 16th April. Construction of 72 km of the road is to be finalized by 30th April 2012. ■

Łódź authorities seek contractor for Trasa Górna route. Until 22nd April, the Roads and Transportation Management (ZDiT) in Łódź will be collecting offers with a deposit of 3 million PLN concerning the design and construction of the Trasa Górna route. The contract concerns the executionn of two stages: between Włókniarzy Av. and Rzgowska St., and a section between Rzgowska and Pabianicka streets, which is going to constitute a part of National Road No. 1. The functional program of the investment has been prepared by Halcrow Group. ■

ZMID seeks contractor for 2nd stage of Northern Bridge Route in Warsaw. Until 14th April, Municipal Roads Investments Management (ZMID) will be collecting offers with a deposit of 1.5 million PLN concerning the realization of the 1st task of the 2nd stage of the Northern Bridge Route (Trasa Mostu Północnego) in Warsaw. The contract concerns the construction of approx. 1 km of the road, between the junction with Pułkowa St. and the “Młociny” transfer junction. The contract is to be carried out by 21st December 2011.

Let us recall that works are currently in progress on the construction of the section between Modlińska and Pułkowa streets, which is being carried out by the consortium under the leadership of Pol-Aqua. The next two stages are going to comprise the construction of sections: between the “Młociny” transfer junction and the NS Route (approx. 1.5 km) and between Płochocińska St. and the city borders in the direction of the Eastern ring road (approx. 4.5 km). ■

PGE is planning extension of Kielce Thermal Power Station with turbine set with power of 6.5 MW. Until 12th April, Polska Grupa Energetyczna (PGE) will be collecting applications regarding admission to tender for the design and extension of the Kielce Thermal Power Station by adding a new condensation turbine set with power amounting to 6.5 MW, along with accompanying infrastructure such as a biomass landfill with an area of 2,400 sqm, heat exchanger with power of approx. 14 MW, mechanical draft cooling tower (13.8 MW), water treatment plants, pipelines and electrical systems.

Eight contractors are to be invited to submit offers with a deposit of 500,000 PLN. The investment is to be finalized in April 2012. ■

Mosty-Łódź and Intercor will build bridge on Voivodeship Road No. 323 for 54.4 million PLN. Dolnośląska Służba Dróg i Kolei (Dolnośląska Roads and Railway Services) has ordered a contract worth
54.5 million PLN gross to the consortium of companies Mosty-Łódź and Intercor concerning the construction of
a bridge on River Odra in the Ciechanów town (Dolnośląskie Voivodeship), in the course of Voivodeship Road No. 323 (DW 323). The completion of the task, comprising the construction of a 9-span, 525 meter long structure, is to take 20 months. ■

Tarnów authorities seek contractor for city's connection to A4 motorway. Municipal Roads Management (ZDM) in Tarnów (Małopolskie Voivodeship) has issued a tender for the construction of
a road connection between Jana Pawła II Av. and the Krzyż junction at the A4 motorway. Offers with a deposit of 700,000 PLN will be collected until 19th April. Completion of the contract, the value of which is estimated at
34 million PLN gross, is going to take 17 months. ■

Myślenice authorities are planning construction of sewage system in Jasienica and Bysina. Until 8th April, the authorities of the Myślenice commune (Małopolskie Voivodeship) will be collecting offers with a deposit of 700,000 PLN concerning the construction of 50 km of
a water supply network and sanitary sewage system in Jasienica, and the construction of a water supply network in Bysina (14 km). The works are to take 20 months. ■

Hydro-Tech seeks contractors for infrastructure works in Nowogrodziec. Until 16th April, Hydro-Tech will be collecting offers with a deposit of 700,000 PLN concerning the construction of a sanitary sewage system with a total length of 15.1 km, as well as the construction of a water supply system (16.6 km) in Nowogrodziec (Dolnośląskie Voivodeship). The company has also issued a tender for the modernization of a sewage treatment plant. Offers with a deposit of 300,000 PLN will be collected until 28th April. Both contracts are to be carried out by the end of 2011. ■

DEVELOPERS AND CONTRACTORS

Polimex will build storage container with capacity of 185,000 meters3 in Rotterdam for over 200 mln net PLN. Polimex-Mostostal has signed a contract with the Botlek Tank Company from the Netherlands for the construction of an oil and liquid fuel container terminal in the seaport in Rotterdam (Netherlands). The contract is worth 52 mln euro (201.4 mln PLN) and the construction of the outlet, with a capacity of 185,000 meters3, should be completed in the fourth quarter of next year. The subcontractor will be Naftobudowa from the Polimex-Mostostal group. ■

Energomontaż-Południe will carry out works in Bełchatów Power Plant for over 70 mln PLN. Energomontaż-Południe has been chosen by the Alstom Power Company as the contractor of assembly works carried out as part of the modernization of block number
6 of the Bełchatów Power Plant (Łódzkie Voivodeship). As stated in the announcement, the detailed schedule of the works will be agreed upon soon and the contract, with an estimated value of 70 mln PLN, will be signed within several weeks' time. ■

PKP has announced tender for construction of Kraków Główny train station with usable area of 15,000 sqm. PKP Polish State Railways has announced a tender procedure for the construction of the Kraków Główny Train Station, integrated with public transport. The enterprise, designed by the Centrum Architectural Agency, will consist of the construction of a 4-story outlet (including 2 underground levels) with a usable area of 15,000 sqm and a cubature of 117,000 meters3. Bids with
a tender deposit of 2.8 mln PLN are being accepted until April 27. The investment, whose cost is estimated at
119 mln PLN, should be realized within 92 weeks. ■

PKP seeks architect and contractor for modernization of train station with 7,400 meters3 in Radomsko. PKP has announced a tender procedure for the designing and realization of modernization of the train station on Reymonta Street in Radomsko (Łódzkie Voivodeship). The task, the functional program for which has been prepared by the Archada office, is going to comprise the modernization of the 1-story building with cubature of 7,400 meters3. Bids with a tender deposit of 100,000 PLN are being accepted until April 9. The investment should be completed by April 30, 2011. ■
