Empathy isan ability to feel theother person semotions.

It facilitates the better understanding ofthe partners needs and motives during negotiation, and so better adjustment of propositions madę for the other party.

Empathy is an ability to look with the partners eyes.

Extremely important element of the negotiation process from the very beginning is professionalism in carrying on the conversation. It is particularly important to have a perfectly planned and logically organized proposition sińce the very beginning. In addition all of the presentation materials should be well prepared and aesthetic.
