3.    Never agree with the first offer without negotiating.

4.    Stand in the opponents shoes.

5.    Do not limit the discussion to one problem.

6.    Try to relent iu issues, which are not very expensive for you, and your opponent will receive them as his great victory.

7.    Remember to always see the difference between statements and interests. The interests have decisive meaning for negotiation. not the statements.

8.    after the talks you congratulate the opponent the successful transaction and praise him for his good negotiation skills.
