It sometimes happens that we cannot clearly express our thoughts and needs - it happens when we are not assertive enough.

Assertiveness while negotiating is very significant and it means that we are able to express our needs and wishes in such a way that no one feels insulted and we do not let exploit ourselves. Many people did not learn to be assertive in a childhood and in an adult life they have many problems with it. Nowadays, a person, who shouts the loudest, wins and one. who is calm and silent, is bound to lose. Everyone who wants to be successful should practice an assertive communication in order to express ones needs and expectations in a calm and elear way.
