Summary of the course:
Negotiations lead to an agreement. It is the situation when two parties strive after mutual consensus in a problematic issue. Such talks sliould be conducted in the situation when both parties want to enter into a contract; both parties are weil prepared and they are in an good emotional condition. The best rule of negotiations is "winner-winner" - it means that both parties are victorious. The most important negotiation ability are: an interpersonal communication, a knowledge about an efficient verbal transfer and non-verbal behaviour. Non-verbal beliaviour enables us to read reciprocal attitude, tłie level of mutual sympathy and emotions of negotiators.
Everyone of us negotiates everyday. The knowledge included in t his course enables you to become morę efficient during such talks and let you know which abilities should be developed.
