and actions much bigger.

1.    Know yourself and your minor behaviours - people are very sensitive to details, words and gestures.

2.    Remember tliat attention is unstable - the whole message is not received, every person does partial selection while listening - chooses the ihings that are important for him/her.

3.    Do not judge too fast - sometimes we judge others, their words and behaviour before we understand well what they mean.

4.    Take your fallibility into consideration - the ability to admit that you make mistakes is very important - it is a proof of your courage.
