In addidon lo the radio siation buttons, the unit has an additional memory for VHF in which aJI VHF radio stations are slored which can be receiued, This memory can be "paged through" using the search keys.
The VHF additional memory can be re-assigned aither manually or automaticaily using the automatio aiorage (AS).
Paging Through the VHF Additional Memory
* Tum the RDS function on,
* Depress oneof the search keys © or © for a short time,
The freguencics or dasignations of ttiose radio stations are given on the display which are stored in the VHF additional memory,
Kecp the [RDS] © key depressed untilfh confirmation signal ia given. The display shows "MEMOFtY-U" for a shori time, foF-lowed by "MEJW0"and the fraqoencles (seguentially).
The memory sweep is completeri afier appro1 2. 30 seconds and the radio will then rattjm to its normal modę of operation, whereby the gfrongest transmittar recewsr will be selecled,
The radio stations allocatedto the radio station keys will not be replaced by ttiis function.
A torther possibility Is to recall the functior of the automatio storage (AS) ot radio stations. This function will replace the radia stations which were allocated lo the AS memory slois for those radio stations.
