HISTORY

This folding chest was used by traveling salesmcn from 1920 to roughly 1930 to eony blankct samplcs to prospcctivc customcre.

The Orr Felt Blanket and Feli Company in Ohio originally uscd the chest that inspired this newer hinged version. Solid Douglas fir was uscd to construct the original merthanfs chest.
