Conclusions

•    X-Ray diffraction, both: classical and SAS is an excelłent tool in nanomaterials investigation: most important param eters łike Grain Size Distribution or Mass Fractał Dimension can be easily solved

•    X-Rays are especially sensitive to smali object

•    X-Rays give ayerage, quantitative information

•    We are not limited only to simpłest eases (perfect, infmite lattice) when investigating nano-sized objeets.

Strains and shapes can be directly ealculated and yerified.
