You’ll need:
Cross-stitch canvas Red, green and white wool 4 brass curłain rings Cardboard Felt for backing 1. Because łhere are many different types of cross-sfilch canvas available we have noi given you exact measurements for this design Ours was worked on a strong piastic grid which didn't need cardboard to stiffen it. But as this could be hard to {ind you can use any canvas madę for cross-stitch work. Just work the design, leaving enough bare canvas around if to fold under at least 5 mm afrerwards on each of the three panels.
2. The stitch wfe used is Half Cross Stitch. because when you are using wool the fibres are thick enough not to let any canvas show betw-een stitches. Look at the diagram to see how this stitch is w'orked.
3. Following the charts, work three panels. You’ll $ee that you should have 19 sfifches in each row, and each panel should be 19 rows deep.
