Fringe Art Project: Ow!

Materials Needed:

•    smali paper bag

•    eight to ten 2" x 6" paper strlps for feathers

•    3" x 5" paper for face

•    3" x 6" paper for ears, eyes, beak, and feet Dlrections:

1.    Cut out circles eyes_f beak, and ears.

2.    Cut out a round face.

3.    Fringe face. feathers, and feet, then glue face onto bottom of paper bag.

4.    Glue eyes, ears, and beak onto face.

5.    Glue feathers onto bag, starting at top and over!apping them.

6.    Glue feet at bottom of owi.
