THE SCROLLS OF CAPALLA

Centaurian—possibly the oldest form of writing in the world. It dates back well over ten millennia to when humans first began hunting centaurs. Ali centaurs are considered to be paranoid, but perhaps with very good reason sińce there are less than a hundred left alive on or under the entire planet. Humans have killed off their cousins, the unicorns, altogether. There are probably a mere six centaurs who can still read ancient Centaurian, one of the foremost experts being Foaly, the LEP's resident techno-genius. It is believed that Foaly uses the ancient language as a basis for most of his Computer encryptions. Only one illuminated Centaurian manuscript from the old times still survives, "The Scrolls of Capa1la."
