Swiss Guard
The Pope's private bodyguard, known as the Swiss Guard, was founded in 1505 during the reign of Pope Julius II. Recruits must be małe, Swiss, Roman Catholic, unmarried, and at least 5 ft 7 in (1.74 m) tali.
